Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
4. Promotion commences at 3:00pm AEDST on 31/01/2014
and closes at 4:59pm AEDST on 14/02/2014. Two lots of winners will be announced. First lot of winners will be announced on 07/02/2014 and second lot on 14/02/2014.
5. Individuals can enter the promotion through the application on Pioneer Electronics Australia’s Facebook Page, located at
www.facebook.com/PioneerAustralia and is accessible through the “SUMMER LOVIN” tab on the Pioneer Australia Facebook page.
6. To submit a valid entry, entrants are required to provide their personal contact information, including Name, Email, and an Answer to the competition questions. The application may request to access certain data from their Facebook account. Any entrants whose fail to provide honest and correct information will be deemed invalid, and excluded from the competition. Entrants may enter the promotion as many times as they wish.
7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not Facebook. 10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that any prize is unavailable, due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will offer an alternative prize at their own discretion.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of mechanical tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant or voter, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12. Any costs incurred throughout the production or submission of entries is the sole responsibility of the entrant.
13. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
