LIMITATION TO ENTRY:
To be eligible to enter this competition you must have a Facebook Profile to enter. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Withdrawal of Entry: If an entrant submits am entry and later wishes to have it removed from, or not posted to the intended contest, they should contact Hybrid Digital on (08) 8113 0400 during business hours. All website entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.
PRIZE:
There will be one major prize winner, who will receive;
A weekend of indulgence for two people at the Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast, including;

The total prize package is valued up to $3,300.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the event is cancelled, or the date is re-scheduled for any reason whatsoever. If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoter will endeavour but is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value, subject to the written directions of any relevant State Authorities.
WINNER SELECTION:
The winners will be selected via a random winner selector built into the Woobox application and will take place within 2 days of the competition closing. Once the Prize Winner has been selected they will be notified by a phone call and email. Winners names will announced on the Fasta Pasta Facebook page. The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. An unclaimed prizes draw will take place on 4th July 2014, if required.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or any instructions or directions on this site, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
