2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of New South Wales,
Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, and Victoria, Australia 18 years of age or older where
the Channel Seven signal and its affi liated networks (“Affi liates”) signals are received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited,
Tatts Lotteries, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are not
eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 17 February 2014 at 17:00 (AEDT) and concludes on
Saturday 1 March 2014 at 06:00 (AEDT) (“the Competition Period”) however, the eligible
contesting period for each daily prize will commence and conclude on the following dates

MAJOR PRIZE

3.2 In order to register, viewers must:
a) Be in possession of an eligible Saturday Lotto entry for the Saturday Lotto draw/s on either 15
February 2014 (Draw 3399), 22 February 2014 (Draw 3401), and/or 1 March 2014 (Draw 3403)
from an authorised Tatts Lotteries retailer (including Online:
www.tatts.com,
www.nswlotteries.com.au,
www.goldencasket.com).
b) Watch Million Dollar Minute (“The Program”) each weeknight during the Competition Period
broadcast on the Seven Network and affi liates. Each day throughout the Competition Period
detailed in clause 3.1, there will be a competition segment aired during the Program which will
display information on how to register. Two (2) numbers will be randomly selected and then
displayed during the Program each weeknight within a competition segment. The viewer is
deemed an eligible entrant to this competition if all Two (2) numbers displayed match any two
numbers within a single game on a relevant eligible Saturday Lotto ticket detailed in clause 3.2a.
c) Ring 1902 55 77 02 and register the entrants last four (4) digits of their corresponding Saturday
Lotto ticket number, full name, full address, state, postcode, daytime contact telephone number
(including STD area code); or send a text message/SMS to 19 777 277 and register the entrants
last four (4) digits of their corresponding Saturday Lotto ticket number, full name, suburb, state,
and postcode.
3.4 All entrants in the Competition may enter as many times as they like, however, entrants can
win only one minor prize throughout the Competition Period per household. However, minor
prize winners are able to win the major prize.
3.5 For viewers in all states, the entry costs (for both 1902 and SMS entry) is $0.55 fi xed
(including GST). Note that SMS entries are charged at a premium rate. Higher rates apply to
calls to the 1902 prefi x phone number from mobile phones.
3.6 Each entry must be charged to a mobile account and SMS entries via the internet, computer
generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted.
3.7 Entries must be received within the registration period dates and times detailed in clause 3.1.
The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS message or 1902 entry is received by the
Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd database.
3.7 SMS entrants will receive a reply message to their entry.
4. PRIZES
4.1 In accordance with clause 3.1, there will be fi ve (5) daily minor prize winners drawn daily, fifty
(50) in total during the competition period, who will each the receive $1,000 ($50,000 minor
prize pool). There will also be one (1) major winner who will win $50,000. The relevant prize will
be awarded on the condition that their corresponding eligible Saturday Lotto ticket has been
retained and validated by the Sponsor.
4.2 Total maximum prize pool value is $100,000.00. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate
date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 In accepting the prize the winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable
media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed,
and the winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage
and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.4 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any
media or other organisation.
4.5 Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. The prizes will be awarded to each winner as
one lump sum in the form of a cheque within 28 days of each draw, and only after proof of age
and entrant eligibility has been verifi ed by the Promoter.
4.6 Independent fi nancial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of
accepting the prize.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be fi fty (50) minor prize winners and also one (1) major prize winner drawn from the
national pool of SMS and 1902 entrants throughout the Competition Period per weekday as
stated in clause 3.1.
5.2 To be deemed eligible, and for validation purposes, all minor and major prize winners must
retain and also be in possession of their nominated eligible Saturday Lotto entry corresponding
to clause 3.2(a) for the duration of the competition period. Cancelled Saturday Lotto tickets
will not be eligible to win any prize. Each entrant’s nominated Saturday Lotto ticket number
will go through a validation process by the Sponsor on Monday 24 February 2014
(for day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 winners) and Monday 3 March 2014 (for day 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, winners plus the
one major winner).
5.3 At the discretion of the Promoter, each entrant’s eligible Saturday Lotto ticket must be made
available to physically verify authentication either in-person at a local Seven Network offi ce, or
via photographic evidence which will then be submitted to Tatts Lotteries for offi cial validation.
5.4 The minor prize winners will be drawn at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 2, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide
SA 5000 at 09:30 AEDT on the dates stated in clause 3.1. The major prize winner will be draw at
09:40 AEDT on Monday 3 March 2014 in accordance with clause 3.1 at the same place as the
minor draws. The major prize winner will be drawn from the total pool of online and 1902
entrants received during the “Competition Period”.
5.5 Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions
during the Competition Period using a mobile phone with a reply path and whose SMS message
has passed through the Telco carriers network to Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd’s database or phoned
the 1902 number and registered all details required by the individual draw dates and time stated
in clause 3.1 will be entered into the daily winner draw (“Qualifying Entrant”). All draws will take
place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000.
5.6 The winner’s entry details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian
newspaper on Monday 10 March 2013.
5.7 The Promoter’s decision is fi nal and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding
the result.
5.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to
sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.9 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being
notifi ed or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the
Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, no
additional draw will be conducted.
5.10 Subject to state government legislation, if the daily winner is not contactable or has not
contacted the promoter by 17:00 AEDT Monday 3 March 2014 for Day 1 to 5, and 17:00 AEDT
Monday 10 March 2014 for Day 6 to 10 to confi rm their prize and also validate their relevant
Saturday lotto ticket, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1,
16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 and winner(s) will be notifi ed by mail and their
details published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 9 June
2014 if required.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or signifi cantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner
described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter
may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the
same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Tatts Lotteries, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated
agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late,
lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and
companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited
to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the entry process or the draw;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
entrants or any other person;
e) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of
technical problems or traffi c congestion; or
f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or
lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this
promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to
take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including
but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its
sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action
that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to
state government legislation.
