Participation in the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and
conditions.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter and agencies associated wi
th this competition
are ineligible to enter. This includes retailers, retail employees and their immediate families wit
hin participating Mirvac Shopping Centres, and its
agencies.
•
The competition commences at 9am,
Saturday,February15, 2013 and closes at
Commencing Year wrong should be 20145.30pmFridayFebruary 28, 2014, QLD time.
•
Winners will be notified via phone and mail.
•
If the winner is under the age
of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
•
To enter, spend $50 in any retail store
at Orion Springfield Central, present your receipt to Customer Service the same day, complete an entry
form and place it into the competition barrel. One entry form may be completed per $50 spend. Receipts must be submitted the same day as the purchase.

An entry will be drawn at the end of each day of the competition at the following times

Monday to Wednesday 5pm. Thursday 8.30pm, Fri
day
and Saturday 5pm and Sunday 3.30pm

Prizes need to be collected by
winners
or
a
winner’s representative from Customer Service within 48 hours of draw.
•
All remaining entries in the barrel will be cleared at the end of each day following the draw.
•
The Pr
omoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or conseq
uential loss), or
for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law. The Promoter
shall not be liable for any loss of prize arising from the prize winner breaching the terms and conditions.
