Terms and Conditions
Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within these Terms and Conditions for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
The competition will run from 8am Western Australian Standard Time (‘WST’) Friday 7 February 2014 to 1pm WST Saturday 1 March 2014.
This competition is only valid at Bunbury Trucks, Daimler Trucks Perth and WA Iveco.
To qualify for entry into the competition a customer must purchase a one of the used vehicles with the following stock number:  40025, 40029, 40048, 40053, 40056, 40059, 40067, 40071, 55061, 55090, 55107, 55110, 55141, 55163, 55169, 55173, 55176, 55177, 55183, 55184, 55190, 55193, 55203, 55208, 55211, 55227, 55243, 75552, 75581, 75598, 75600, 75602, 75624, 75625, 75626, 75629 or 75641, from one of the aforementioned dealerships within the competition dates.
For the avoidance of doubt an approved Offer to Purchase agreement form must be signed, deposit paid and finance accepted within the competition period to be eligible. The vehicle must also be delivered before 6pm WST Friday 7 March 2014.
The prize consists of a chance to win 1 of 3 new Quintex 370 Dart boats, valued at $6000.00. The prize includes 15Hp Suzuki 2stroke, Trailer (lic), anchor & rope, flare kit, and 2 life jackets. The prize does not include insurance, other accessories, extended warranty or any other costs exceeding the specified amount. Any additional costs are to be at the expense of the winner.
Entrants are only eligible to win one prize per person.
The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. All unclaimed prizes will automatically be forfeited and not available if sought to be claimed.
Each customer who purchases a vehicle must complete a sign and Offer To Purchase agreement. Only one entry allowed per person per vehicle.
Three winners will be drawn from the entries collected. All entries will be collated and the winners will be drawn at Daimler Trucks Perth – 28-32 Kewdale Road, Welshpool, Western Australia, 6106.
The promotion excludes entry from Fleet, Government, Wholesalers, Rental companies or dealership related suppliers.
Entry is open to residents in Western Australia only. Employees of the promoter, the promoter’s associated companies, and the promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Entry is open to people over 17 years and over with a valid driver’s licence (which needs to be shown at vehicle purchase).
The winners will be drawn at 2pm Friday 14 March 2014 from all the qualified OTPs received up & until 1pm Saturday 1 March 2014. The winner will be notified by phone on Friday 14 March 2014 from a representative of Geraldine Nominees. The winners’ names will be listed on the aforementioned dealership’s websites as soon as possible after the announcement. The customer will be required to visit the dealership where they purchased the vehicle, on a date to be determined by the dealerships, to be presented with the prize, sign documents and have photos taken.
It is the responsibility of the winner to collect the prize. No cartage expenses are included in the prize. The winning entrant must provide photo identification to promoter before entitled to claim the prize.
The promoter does not accept responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of the or in connection with the competition or prize, either during or after the competition.
Entrants must agree to make themselves available for any reasonable publicity requests made in relation to this competition without charge and at a time specified by the promoter. The promoter has a right to use such publicity photos and competitors name in any medium and any reasonable manner it sees fit.
Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
