1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete or inaudible entries will be disregarded. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

3. The promotion commences on Monday, 24 February 2014 at 09:00 AEDST and concludes on Friday 28 February 2014 at 16:00 AEDST. The draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney 2060 on Friday 28 February 2014 at 16:30 AEDST. The winner will be notified by phone and mail and published in the Australian newspaper on Thursday 6 March 2014.
4. There are two ways of entering the Competition:

10. Jetstar return flights to the Gold Coast for two (2) adults and two (2) x children are only redeemable from a domestic capital city that Jetstar offers flights to. Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winning family (2 adults & 2 children) must travel together on all prize travel and will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Prize travel is subject to Jetstar’s General Conditions of Carriage. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. If the prize is not utilised within 12 months, it will be forfeited.
11. The Dreamworld Happiness World Pass entitles the winner to unlimited entry for a period of 12 consecutive months. Winners may use their pass beyond the period of the four (4) nights holiday prize provided that all expenses incurred in extending the holiday will be at the winner’s expense and responsibility. Winners cannot transfer the unused portion of the Happiness World Pass for any other time or to any another person.
If the winner is from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast area, the flights component of the prize will not be included. For the child component of the prize a child must be 12 years or under.
12. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the Exclusive breakfast does not go ahead at the time of redeeming the prize for any reason whatsoever.
13. Prize does not include transfers to and from the winner’s place of residence to the departure point and transfers between the hotel and airport. These costs are the responsibility of the winner.
14. Redemption of prizes is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.
15. The winner (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges and all other ancillary costs. The cost of any travel insurance is the responsibility of the winners and their prize companions. It is highly advisable that the winner and their prize companion take out travel insurance.
16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card or a cash deposit upon arrival at any accommodation to cover all incidentals they may incur during their stay.
17. Four (4) flights must be utilized at the same time, for the same travel dates, to and from the same destination. The air tickets are available on regular scheduled services of each airline and subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. All travel is subject to availability at all times. Winners and their prize companions are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Travel suppliers/airlines to be chosen at Promoter’s discretion. Frequent flyer points are not available from any airline.
18. It is the responsibility of the winners and their prize companions to ensure they are checked in for their flights, and arrive at the airport, at the time specified by the relevant airline carrier. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with the winners and their prize companions missing any of their flights.
19. Transport to and from Departure point including but not limited to additional Domestic airfares if required, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. Prize also excludes medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages, optional tours not outlined, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights, room upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. For the removal of doubt, taxes for domestic travel are included in the prize winning domestic airfares provided by the Promoter.
20. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize subject to the standard terms and conditions and guidelines of the accommodation venue and the activity service provider. Failure to follow the standard rules and guidelines presented will result in the winner forfeiting their right to participate in the said activity.
21. All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non- transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).
22. If winner is unable to fulfil prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
23. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companions) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
24. By entering the Competition via SMS an entrant consents to the Promoter using the their personal details for the purposes of sending one (1) mobile terminated (MT) reply message which includes a confirmation of your entry in the Competition.
