Should the Grand Prize winner elect to take ownership of the Webb & Brown-Neaves show home at 7 Amalfi Drive, Hillarys, Irdi Settlements will undertake the conveyancing work on behalf of MSWA and all settlement/conveyancing/transfer costs will be absorbed by MSWA. Every endeavour will be made to transfer the lottery house to the winner as soon as possible, but as a general indicator, it will take a number of weeks to complete this legal transaction. The conveyancing process is dependent on information supplied by a number of government departments and public utilities.
Real estate prize values are calculated based on the actual price of the land, building contract, furnishings, appliances, landscaping and custom upgrades negotiated at the time. Due to housing market fluctuations, and other influences outside of MSWA’s control, the market value of the Grand Prize show home may rise or diminish over time.
All prize winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and how to claim their prize. Prize winners are asked to claim their prize in a timely manner following notification.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are responsible for making arrangements to claim prizes. Prizes can be posted to winners; however the cost for delivery will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. In some cases overseas models of vehicles have been used for presentation purposes.
The MS Society’s auditors RSM Bird Cameron, Chartered Accountants, will attend the Bonus Prize, Early Bird Prize and Final lottery prize draws to ensure completeness of tokens and fairness of draws.
