Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. The raffle will be drawn at approximately 3pm on Wednesday 23rd April 2014 at the Surfrider Foundation Australia Head Office in Avalon, Sydney.  Tickets sales will close at 12pm Wednesday 23rd April 2014.

2. Every attempt will be made by Surfrider Australia to notify the winner by 25th April, 2014.

3. The prize will be couriered to the winner no later than May 7th 2014 to anywhere in Australia and the winner will be informed by phone or email.

4. The raffle prize is a new MG surfboard signed by the 2014 Rip Curl Girls, dimensions 5'11 x 18 7/8 x 2 3/8

5. Prize does not include freight charges to courier the surfboard to locations outside of Australia. Surfrider Foundation Australia will organise the courier logistics but the freight costs are the responsibility of the overseas winner.

6. The prize is valued at AUD$700. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

7. The raffle winner must be identified and verbally accept the prize by May 30th, 2014.

8. Surfrider Foundation Australia will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winner. Surfrider Foundation Australia reserves the right to request the winner to submit their ticket stub or emailed receipt if purchased online as proof of identity and purchase.

9. Surfrider Foundation Australia will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the raffle or the prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
