Victoria’s longest-running food and wine festival, Grampians Grape Escape, returns to Halls Gap on 3-4 May.
For the first time, the Grampians Grape Escape will replace its customary formal dining Saturday night event with a new hawker-style market and carnival on the Saturday evening. There are more than125 food, wine, beer and cider artisans to discover, plus the culinary secrets of guest celebrity chefs as they demonstrate entertaining recipes using fresh and local ingredients.

RACV members have the chance to enjoy a weekend in the spectacular Grampians, by entering our giveaway. Each prize includes one night’s accommodation for two at Country Comfort Plaza, Halls Gap, valued at $269, plus two Wine Lovers passes to the Grampians Grape Escape, which includes general admission and free wine tasting, both days, valued at $45 each. There are three Escape packages to be won.

Grampians Grape Escape Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.
2. Any RACV member who completes an online entry form or sends their name, RACV member number, postal address and daytime phone number on the back of an envelope to Doris Day Competition, RoyalAuto 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Vic 3174 during the Promotion Period will be entered in the draw. Competition commences 5pm 20 March 2014 and closes 11:59pm Wednesday, 23 April 2014 (the Promotion Period).
3. Competition entry is restricted to one entry per person. Additional entries will result in entrant being disqualified from the Competition.
4. This competition is won by chance and entrants are not judged on the quality of their entry.
5. All employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. The competition is restricted to residents of the State of Victoria.
6. Any eligible RACV member can enter the competition once only.
7. The draw will take place at 9.30am 24 April 2014 at 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Victoria.
8. The prize is 10 double passes to the show Doris Day – So Much More than The Girl Next Door ($180 per double), plus one CD ($25) of the show per double and a chance to meet star of the show Melinda Schneider after the show. Total prize package: $$2050.
9. The first 10 valid entries drawn will win a prize.
10. The prize is for five double passes to the show on 14 May and five double passes to the show on Friday 15 May. Show days will be allocated by random draw.
11. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone and the winners details will be published in the June RoyalAuto and on royalauto.com.au on Monday, 28 April 2014.
12. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw if necessary on Monday, 28 April at 11.00am in order to distribute any prize if unclaimed by that date.
16. RACV may substitute or change the supplier of the prize or substitute prizes with cheques to the cash value of prizes at its absolute discretion.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or death relating to acceptance and use of prizes by winners.
18. The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the Promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Personal information supplied by entrants may be provided to related bodies corporate or agencies of the Promoter and third parties involved in promoting or conducting the promotion for the purposes of conducting the promotion and future marketing and publicity communications. Entrants’ details may also be used for future promotions carried out by the promoter. Entrants can request not to receive information about future promotions by calling 13 RACV (13 7228).
