This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open worldwide to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Not available to the residents of the Province of Quebec. All of Sponsor’s employees, associated agencies and each of their respective affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and is void where prohibited. Winners agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from acceptance of any prize or use of any prize contents. Sponsor reserves the right to verify that any winner meets eligibility requirements. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on July 1st, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on May 31st, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. There will be one (1) prize awarded on the first (1st) day of each month, starting October 1st, 2013, for nine (9) consecutive months in monthly random drawings from among all eligible entries received. Entries are cumulative; thus non-winning entries are eligible for subsequent monthly random drawings. Sponsor's computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
Beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on July 1st, 2013 through 11:59 p.m. EST on May 31st, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period"), click on the “Win a FREE SIRENA!” Tab on Sirena – Total Home Cleaning System official Facebook Page (
www.facebook.com/SirenaSystem) and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on May 31st, 2014. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form to participate in the Sweepstakes. After submitting the required information on the entry form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. After entering the Sweepstakes entrants will be given an automatically-generated referral link which they are encouraged to share in exchange for one (1) additional entry into the drawing per referral. Limit one (1) entry per unique email address and per person during the Sweepstakes Period as determined by Facebook I.D. and unique email address. Multiple entries received from any unique email address after the first entry will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply.
All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified are considered “Eligible Entries”. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. Entries will not be returned and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that if you are a selected entrant that is disqualified and the Prize is forfeited for any reason, the Sponsor shall be full and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
By entering the Sweepstakes, the Winner consents to the use of his or her name, image, voice, likeness, city of residence and/or photographs without compensation in any publicity or advertising carried out in any medium worldwide by the Sponsor and/or its advertising or promotional agencies without limitation or further notification or compensation.
ALL ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL ENTRIES SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES ARE SUBMITTED ON A NON-CONFIDENTIAL AND NON-PROPRIETARY BASIS AND MAY BE USED BY SPONSOR, ITS AGENTS AND SUBSIDIARIES, FOR ANY AND ALL ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, IN PERPETUITY, WORLDWIDE, IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED.

There will be nine (9) winners in total. Each potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries based on the chart below. Dates are shown in the DD/MM/YYYY format. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential Prize winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within seven (7) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the e-mail notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential Prize winner shall forfeit the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
Potential winners may be required to sign and return a sworn Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Waiver of Liability. If required documentation is not returned within seven (7) business days of notification, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, any prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. If the winner is Canadian, he/she will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question as a condition of receiving the prize. Prizes will be awarded within thirty (30) days after winner verification.
PRIZE:
Each of the nine (9) Winners will receive: (i) one (1) Sirena cleaning system, with an approximate retail value of $898.00; (ii) one (1) premium power nozzle; (iii) one (1) dusting brush; (iv) one (1) crevice tool; (v) one (1) floor brush; (vi) one (1) upholstery brush; (vii) one (1) inflation tool; (viii) two (2) telescopic wands. Prizes listed above shall be collectively referred to as “Sirena Complete System”.
All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitution, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize except at Sponsor's sole discretion; if any advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award a substitute of comparable value. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. The Winner is responsible for any and all shipping costs and fees. These costs and fees must be paid prior to shipping. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and the winner, and the awarding of the prize), which are final and binding in all respects. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for print publication, online posting, and any other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant's ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) in its sole discretion to award prizes at random from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of suspected impairment. Sponsor may permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has tampered with the entry process or intentionally violated these official rules.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that: (i) all issues and questions concerning the interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law; (ii) any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the provincial or federal courts located in the Province of Ontario, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action; (iii) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (iv) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Personal information supplied by entrants will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Requests for winners’ lists must be received within three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to post names of Sweepstakes winners on Sponsor’s website.
