ROTTNEST ISLAND FACEBOOK COMPETITION
Terms & Conditions Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. By entering the competition you certify you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
The competition commences at 5pm (AWST) on Tuesday 1st April 2014
and closes at 4pm (AWST) on Monday 28th April 2014. Any entry received after the close of the competition will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Any personal information collected on the entry form will be used by Experience Perth, Rottnest Express and Simmo’s Ice Cream for marketing purposes. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from any electronic information.
Experience Perth, Rottnest Express, Simmo’s Ice Cream and participating businesses will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees or contractors.
COMPETITION SPECIFICS
Entry
To enter the competition you must submit your requested details at Simmo's Ice Cream, Rottnest Express or Experience Perth's official Facebook pages.
The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
To enter, participants must:
Become and remain a fan of Experience Perth, Rottnest Express or Simmo’s Ice Cream on FACEBOOK for the duration of the competition in order to win the prize;
To become a fan of Experience Perth, Rottnest Express or Simmo’s Ice Cream click on 'like' on the FACEBOOK page.
Answer the question correctly to go in the running to win the prize.
Entrants can triple their chance of winning by entering once ONLY on each of the Experience Perth, Rottnest Express and Simmo’s Ice Cream Facebook pages. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.
Draw Dates
There will be one winner chosen at random from the correct entries on Monday 28th April 2014 by one of The Promoters or one of their agents and the winner will be notified on Monday 28th April.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
Decisions of the promoter and agencies is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
A Facebook post will be made on the Experience Perth Facebook page with the winner’s first name and last initial only.
Prize
The prize is 3 nights’ accommodation for 4 people in a 2 bedroom unit, including an extended stay option, return ferry transfers for 4 people, bike hire for 4 people, snorkel hire for 4 people and a XXL esky filled with tubs of Simmo's Ice Cream.
Prize value at over $1700. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The prize does not include any travel or incidental expenses, other than the return ferry crossing. These will be paid for by the prize winner. The prize is valid between May and September 2014 - subject to availability. Offer excludes June long weekend, July school holidays, September school holidays and Rottofest weekend.
You agree that the Promoter may use your entry and personal details provided to the Promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter.

If the prize is unclaimed 7 days after the first correspondence with the original winner their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
