‘My Kitchen Rules – Kaboodle Kitchen’ Competition Terms and Conditions
By entering the ‘My Kitchen Rules – Kaboodle Kitchen’ Competition (“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia 18 years of age and older in Australia where the Channel Seven and its affiliated networks (“Affiliates”) signals are received.
2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, DIY Resolutions Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 7 April 2014 at 19:00 (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 10 April
2014 at 19:00 (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 For entry details, viewers must watch My Kitchen Rules (“the Program”) on the Seven Network (“the
Network”) and Affiliates during the Competition Period. There will be a competition segment aired during the
Program which will display information on how to enter.
3.3 In order to enter the draw, viewers must either:
a) Send a text message/SMS to 19 777 377 and register their full name, suburb and state;
Or
b) Telephone 1902 55 77 03, and register their name, full address (including postcode) and contact daytime telephone number (including STD area code).
3.4 Entries for the individual draws must be received by the date and times stated in the table below:
3.5 All entrants in the Competition may enter as many times as they like, but only one prize will be awarded per person, per household, except for SA residents who are entitled to win more than one prize.
3.6 For SMS entrants, each entry must be charged to a mobile account and SMS entries via the internet, computer generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted.
3.7 Entries must be received by Thursday 10 April 2014 at 19:00 (AEST). The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS message or 1902 telephone call is received by the Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd database.
3.8 SMS entrants will receive a reply message to their entry.
3.9 Each SMS entry will be charged at premium rate, namely $0.55 (including GST), which covers the entry and
the reply message.
3.10 The maximum 1902 call cost is $0.55 (including GST). 1902 call costs will be higher from mobile phones.

4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be three (3) prize winners who will each receive the prize package detailed in clause 4.2. 4.2

Total maximum value for three (3) prize packages is $60,000. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 In accepting the prize package detailed in clause 4.2, each winner must agree to the following conditions:
a) Upon confirmation and acceptance of the prize, the winner must deal directly with their local Bunnings
store (either in-store or over the phone) to arrange prize fulfilment with a Bunnings In-Home consultant. b) A Kaboodle Kitchens $15,000 certificate will be provided to the winner within 28 days of winner
confirmation with the Promoter and the Sponsor.
c) The winner must present the Kaboodle Kitchens $15,000 certificate as well as photo identification to the
Bunnings In-Home consultant during their arranged in-home consultation to fulfil the $15,000 allowance for a Kaboodle Kitchen and Appliance package.For clarity, a Bunnings In-Home consultant will be appointed to the winner who will assist the winner with the assessment of kitchen design elements and recommend an effective kitchen and appliance package to suit the winner’s specific kitchen.
d) The prize package will include items such as but not limited to:
i. Kaboodle cabinets
ii. Kaboodle parts and accessories (which includes hinges, runners, handles and general hardware)
iii. Kaboodle doors and panels
iv. Kaboodle laminated Benchtops
v. Kaboodle Kitchen / Bunnings approved kitchen appliances
The winner must refer to the Kaboodle product catalogue at
www.kaboodle.com.au,
http://www.bunnings.com.au/our-range/kitchen/appliances, or with a Kaboodle consultant at their local Bunnings store to clarify on the specific products that are redeemable with the $15,000 certificate. Some catalogue products may not be redeemed with the $15,000 certificate. Product availability is at the discretion of Kaboodle.
e) Any additional work required to complete the kitchen renovation such as (but not limited to) demolition, planning permits, insurance, re-plastering, painting, structural modifications required within the nominated home, and any electrical or plumbing work and design services do not form part of the prize package.
f) The prize package can only be used towards one (1) nominated property
g) For clarity, installation of the prize package is that the winner’s own risk. The Prize Sponsor nor the
Promoter and their associated affiliates are not responsible for the installation of the kitchen and appliance prize package. The winner must commission an independently licensed / qualified installation service provider for eligibility assessment on necessary building and structural requirements with the winners’ kitchen.
h) It is highly recommended that the $5,000 winner cheque be allocated towards covering costs associated with such things as the delivery, installation, determining requirements for structural, building, electrical, water, and gas functionality, as well as the commission of trade work (eg. electrician, builder plumber).
i) Standard warranty applies on all Kaboodle kitchen products and appliances associated with this prize package.
j) All products supplied will be in accordance with manufacturers' standard lead times. The winner must allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery of the Kaboodle Kitchen prize package.
k) Any dollar value that is left unused from the $15,000 voucher portion of the prize cannot be used in any other manner other than what is detailed in clause 4.2, nor can it be exchanged for cash. The prize must be used by 3 April 2015. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited after the Expiry Date.
