By entering the Sunrise Easter Eggstravaganza Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years if age or older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Ltd, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 14 April 2014 at 6.00am (AEST) and concludes on Wednesday 23 April 2014 at 4.30pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”) however, the eligible entry period for each daily prize will commence and conclude on the following dates and times:

3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period. Each morning throughout the Competition Period there will be a competition segment aired during the Program (or any replacement program broadcast in the Sunrise timeslot) which will disclose a code word each day.
3.3 In order to enter, viewers must either:
a) ring 1902 55 77 07 and register the daily code word, the entrant’s name, address, state, postcode, contact daytime telephone number (including STD area code); or
b) send a text message/SMS to 19 777 077 including the daily code word and the entrant’s full name and address; or
c) use your smartphone to log on to

3.4 For viewers in all states, the entry costs for 1902 entry will be fixed $0.55 (including GST). Higher rates apply for calls to the 1902 prefix phone numbers from mobile phones. Single SMS entries will be charge at the premium rate of $0.5 (including GST). Entries via your smartphone will be charged according to your selection (ie $0.55, $1.05, $2.50, $4.50 or $10.00 (including GST)) and may include download charges in accordance with your mobile phone contract. 3.5 Entrants (including the winners) may enter the competition as many times as they like. The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS message and/or 1902 telephone call are received by the Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd database.
3.6 For clarification, entrants may use any one of the Eight codewords provided during the Sunrise programs throughout the competition period to be a valid entry.
3.7 SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize winner each day 8 prize winners in total throughout Competition Period). Winners will receive:
1 x $500 for each winner drawn
An additional 1 x $10,000 or 1 x $25,000 (dependent on dollar prize value contained in the Easter Egg selected) for each winner that answers their telephone when called as set out in clauses 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10 and 5.11.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL VALUE: $204,000
Cheques will be made payable to each winner to the value of the prize won.
4.2 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.3 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
4.4 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and or photographs to any media or other organisation.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 One (1) prize winner each day (8 in total) will be drawn from the national pool of daily entrants received. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 by using the 1902 prefix telephone number or a mobile phone with a reply path whose SMS message has passed through the Telco carriers between the daily competition dates and times as stated in clause 3.1 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the relevant daily draws following the close of entries for that draw. Daily draws will be conducted on Monday 14 April 2014, Tuesday 15 April 2014, Wednesday 16 April 2014, Thursday 17 April 2014 Friday 18 April 2014, Monday 21 April 2014, Tuesday 22 April 2014 and Wednesday 23 April 2014 at 4.40pm AEST. All draws will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Each winner drawn in accordance with clause 5.1 will win $500.
5.2 Each day from Tuesday 15 April 2014 to Thursday 24 April 2014 (inclusive) Sunrise will attempt to announce the one (1) winner for that day live on the Sunrise program. The winner will win $500. The winner must be available to receive a telephone call confirming their prize on the dates detailed in clauses 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10 and 5.11 below. Each day the 4 x $10,000 and 1 x $25,000 will be randomly assigned to an Easter Egg. To win an additional $10,000 or $25,000, the winner must select a coloured Easter Egg (Red, Blue, Green, Gold or Purple) and Sunrise will open the egg to reveal the additional dollar prize won.
5.3 The telephone call must be answered personally and must not go to an answering machine and/or voicemail as it will be deemed invalid and not answered under these terms and conditions.
5.4 On Tuesday 15 April 2014 Sunrise will call the Day 1 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.5 On Wednesday 16 April 2014 Sunrise will call the Day 2 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.6 On Thursday 17 April 2014 the hosts of Sunrise will call the Day 3 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.7 On Friday 18 April 2014 Sunrise will call the Day 4 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.8 On Monday 21 April 2014 Sunrise will call the Day 5 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and any claim to the additional prize will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.9 On Tuesday 22 April 2014 Sunrise will call the Day 6 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and any claim to the additional prize will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.10 On Wednesday 23 April 2014 Sunrise will call the Day 7 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and any claim to the additional prize will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.11 On Thursday 24 April 2014 Sunrise will call the Day 8 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $10,000 or $25,000 will be forfeited and any claim to the additional prize will be forfeited and the maximum $25,000 prize possible to be won for that day will be included in a final chance draw.
5.12 Any daily additional prizes remaining at the end of the competition period (ie daily entrant has not answered their telephone when called) will be totalled and included in a final chance draw. The final chance draw will include all non-winners from the competition and will be held on Thursday 24 April 2014 at 10:00 AEST at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Winners of the final chance draw can win up to (and no more than) $25,000 each and the number of winners will be dependent on the number of daily winners who do not answer their telephone during the competition period.
5.13 Only one prize per person, per household will be awarded (with the exception of SA residents who are entitled to win more than one prize).
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Ltd & affiliates, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to State Regulation.
6.5 Subject to State Regulation, if for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
