3. The promotion commences at 10:00 EDT on 24/03/2014 and closes at 23:59 EST on 20/06/2014 or while stocks of specially marked cartons last (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the promotion for your chance to win a $20 Gift Card ("Instant Win Prize") and/or the Major Prize, purchase a specially marked carton of Hahn SuperDry from a Participating Outlet and follow the steps stated below during the Promotional Period.

Instant Win Prizes:

Major Prize:
13. The Major Prize draw will take place at 13:00 EST on 23/06/2014 at Salmat, Level 3, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia. The first valid entry drawn will receive the Major Prize.
14. Major Prize consists of a 2014 Volkswagen Golf GTi 5 door manual as well as all compulsory on-road costs (vehicle dealer delivery, stamp duty, compulsory Third Party Insurance for 12 months and 12 month vehicle registration in winner's home state). Major Prize RRP = $45,000. The Major Prize winner must hold a current Full Australian Driver Licence and be aged 18 years or over. Major Prize colour will be subject to availability. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Major Prize are the sole responsibility of the Major Prize winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance (other than specified), taxes (excluding GST), petrol, accessories, servicing costs and any and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Major Prize winner. Major Prize winner is responsible for collection of the Major Prize from their closest Volkswagen capital city metropolitan dealership within 30 days of the Major Prize draw, subject to availability. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 06/10/2014 at the same time and place as the initial Major Prize draw in order to distribute any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes or the Major Prize. Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone and email within 2 days of the second chance draw and, if the Major Prize is part of the second chance draw, the name (and suburb if an SA winner) of any second chance Major Prize winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on 17/10/2014.
17. Before the Major Prize is awarded, the winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participation in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter.

18. Total RRP value of all prizes for this promotion is $65,200.
19. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
