The winners will be the first three valid entries submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions that is drawn by Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited Trading as Publicis Personalised Plates by random computer selection at 10:00am on 23/04/14 at Level 1, 164 Grey South Bank, Qld 4101.
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
visit ppq.com.au/soundcheckfestival and follow the prompts on the promotional entry page;
input their proposed Plate combination on the number plate template, composed of up to 7 letters/ numerals;
input the requested details (including their first name, last name, a valid email address and date of birth);
agree to the mandatory tick box accepting the Terms and Conditions for the promotion
submit the fully completed entry form.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The first three valid entries randomly drawn will receive one of three Major Prizes consisting of 2 x VIP tickets to the Sound Check Festival held at the Chalk Hotel on Saturday April 28, 2014, including a meet and greet and photograph with XZIBIT. Total prize pool value $840 including GST.
Only one prize will be awarded per person.
Event tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The prize is for the specified dates of the event only. If the winner (for whatever reason) is unable to travel or does not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Major Prize. Promoter makes no representations or warranties about the attendance at the event of any individuals or groups involved in the marketing of the event.
The winner/s (and their companion/s) is/are responsible for all other expenses including meals (unless specified), transfers (unless specified), and all other ancillary costs not outlined in these terms and conditions.
The Sound Check Festival is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages. The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol, legal aged consumers who enter this promotion should be advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at:
http://www.alcohol.gov.au/. Participation in this promotion is subject to relevant liquor legislation in each State, Territory or Country, including responsible service of alcohol.
If for any reason a winner does not claim a prize by Friday April 25 at 3:00pm AEST, then the prize will be forfeited and placed into a Second Chance Draw which will take place at 4:00pm AEST at the same place as the original draw. The winner/s, if any, will be notified by telephone and/or email. Second Chance Draw date is due to event taking place on Saturday April 26, 2014.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Total prize pool value is up to $840 (incl. GST).
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

If a winner is under the age of 18, the winner's nominated parent/legal guardian will be required to sign any legal documentation on the winner's behalf.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
