Terms & Conditions1.Promotion Description: By participating in this skill based competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Sponsor will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prizes. 2. and ends 27th April 2014 at 11.59pm EST. This give-away is a "Game of skill" in which each entrant must answer the question posed on the entry app. This question is mandatory to comply with Australian laws.
This competition is open to residents of Australia only. Entries will be judged on their merit or creativity, and the best 5 entries as voted by the judges will be chosen within 48 hours of the competition closing. Once the winning entry is chosen, the winner will be contacted by their Facebook-registered email address or by the phone number they have provided, and will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed in this time, the winner will be re-drawn. The judge’s decision is final. 4. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: 1 x Radio Flyer Trike and 1 x Radio Flyer Scooter. The choice of colour or style of these prizes is not to be discusses but selected at the sponsor’s discretion. Australia-wide shipping to the winners door is also included. The winner will agree to waiting up to 120 days to receive his / her prize due to international processing and posting times. 5. This prize is not redeemable for cash. 6. The winner, in accepting the prize, agrees to have his or her name published on the participating Facebook pages of the competition.
