XXXX MAROON ONLINE COMPETITION
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Queensland only who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 09.00 EST on 06/05/14 and closes at midday EST on 25/06/14 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter Draws, 1, 2 and 3:

complete all sections of the online entry form (including first name, last name, address, email address, date of birth and mobile number); and
submit the form during the Promotional Period.
If an entrant would also like to enter Draw 4, the entrant must subscribe to the XXXX newsletter when submitting the online entry form referred to in clause 4 during the Promotional Period. Entrants that do not subscribe to the XXXX newsletter will not be entered into Draw 4 and will not be eligible for the Draw 4 Prize.

There are four (4) draws as stipulated below. All draws will take place at 68 York Street, Sydney, NSW. Any entry received after 09.30 EST on 14/05/14 will not be eligible to enter Draw 1. Draw 1 Prize: The first nine (9) valid entries drawn in Draw 1 will receive the Draw 1 Prize. All valid non-winning entries from Draw 1 will be automatically entered into any subsequent draw. Draw 1 Prize consists of a general admission double pass to State of Origin Game 1 at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on 28/05/2014 (RRP $530). Total RRP of all Draw 1 Prizes = $4,770. Draw 1 winners are responsible for the collection of the prize prior to the game from the Ticketek Box Office, Gate A, Suncorp Stadium. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering prizes to Draw 1 winners.
Draw 2 Prize: The first nine (9) valid entries drawn in Draw 2 will receive the Draw 2 Prize. All valid non-winning entries from Draw 2 will be automatically entered into any subsequent draw. Draw 2 Prize consists of a general admission double pass to State of Origin Game 3 at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on 9/07/14 (RRP $530). Total RRP of all Draw 2 Prizes = $4,770. Draw 2 winners are responsible for the collection of the prize prior to the game from the Ticketek Box Office, Gate A, Suncorp Stadium. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering prizes to Draw 2 winners.
Draw 3 Prize: The first ten (10) valid entries drawn in Draw 3 will receive the Draw 3 Prize. All valid non-winning entries from Draw 3 will be automatically entered into any subsequent draw. Draw 3 Prize consists of a package for the winner and one adult guest to visit the XXXX Brewery (Corner of Black and Paten Street Milton Road, Brisbane) for an exclusive 45 minute tour with Wally Lewis (money can't buy experience), including lunch at The Caxton Hotel (38 Caxton Street, Petrie Terrace Brisbane) (RRP $48 per person) on 12/07/14.
Draw 4 Prize: The first five (5) valid entries drawn in Draw 4 will receive the Draw 4 Prize. Draw 4 Prize consists of one framed XXXX Maroons Jersey personally signed by the 2014 team (RRP $750). Total RRP of all Draw 4 Prizes = $3,750. Draw 4 Prize will be delivered to winners by 30/06/14, subject to any processing or delivery delays. Draw 4 Prize winners will be notified of any delay.
Total value of all prizes = $3,750 (excluding the money can't buy experiences). All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to taxes (excluding GST), meals, drinks, transfers, transportation, accommodation, incidentals and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs or expenses associated with attending any prize.
All winners will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the relevant draw. Winners must accept the prize within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on dates and times stipulated below at the same place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Any second chance winners will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the applicable second chance draw.

Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches and website malfunctions. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
The prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner or their guests as a result of the conduct of any third party prize suppliers, or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guests accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter or which cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants consent to the Promoter publishing their name on the Promoter's website and associated social media pages including Facebook.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
