Contesting: An individual day during the Promotional Period is know n as a “Contesting Day”.
EntryRestrictions
Entrant must be at least 18 years or older.
Entrant must have an active Instagram account if they enter via Instagram.
Entry material w hich contains the image of a subject other than that of the entrant are required to have the express consent of that subject prior to submitting it to the Promoter. All subjects that appear in the entry material must be aged 18 years and over.

Entrants can enter in one (1) of the follow ing ways during the Promotional Period:
1. Go to the Website, register their personal details and upload a photo that show cases their “ Berocca Big Day ”; or
2. Using their Instagram account, upload an image of their Berocca Big Day to their profile along with the hashtag “#beroccabigday”
3. The Promoter w ill judge all Website and Instagram entries in accordance w ith Judging Criteria to determine a Winner. There w ill be a maximum of 30 Winners determined in this manner.

In this response entrants w ill be required to provide their personal details to the Promoter and agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
All Instagram entrants w ill be required to respond w ithin a 72 hour period. This time stipulation w ill be communicated in their private message. Should they fail to respond in the 72 hour period they w ill be disqualified from the promotion and the promoter may choose another w inner.
Judging Details
Date: Contesting Days.
Time: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Location: Fox FM, 257 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205.
Judging Criteria: Entries w ill be judged on (a) w hether they have included a Berocca product in their entry submission, (b) creativity, (c) originality, (d) suitability.
Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/orinwriting,tofurtherdiscussthedetailsofthatperson’sEntry. AnycontactisnotindicativeofanEntrant’sstandingin the competition, and does no w ay indicate w hether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence w ill be entered into in this regard.
