The competition commences on 21 May 2014 and finishes on 23 July 2014.
The competition consists of 1 prize in total. The winner will receive two return passenger fares from Cape Jervis to Penneshaw; one return fare for a standard vehicle (up to five meters) from Cape Jervis to Penneshaw; two nights’ accommodation at the Kangaroo Island Seafront Hotel in Penneshaw (Seafront room and daily buffet breakfast included); lunch and wine package at Sunset Winery.
Prize value is in Australian dollars. Individual prize value is $900. Total prize pool valued at up to $900.
Travel is valid up to 31 March 2015. Subject to availability and blackout dates will apply during peak periods.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The winners will be drawn through a random process.
All draws will take place at the RAA, 101 Richmond Rd, Mile End on 29 July at 2pm.
The first entry drawn that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win the prize.
The winner will be notified by email, mail or phone within 14 days of the draw date.
The winner will be published in the Spring 2014 issue of samotor published on 20 August 2014.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.
The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
