By entering the “Seven Network - Disney’s The Lion King South African Adventure Competition” (“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

3.6 For SMS entrants, each SMS entry must be charged to a mobile account and SMS entries via the internet, computer generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted.. If scripting is detected, the Promoter may deem all entries invalid and conduct a re-draw in accordance with clause 5.1
3.7 Entries must be received by Friday 30 May 2014 at 17:00 (AEST). The time of entry for SMS entrants will be the time the entry is received by Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd’s SMS entry database.
3.8 SMS entrants will receive a reply message to their entry.
3.9 Each SMS entry will be charged at premium rate, namely $0.55 fixed (including GST), which covers the entry

Total maximum prize pool value for the minor prize is $20,000 AUD. Total maximum prize pool value for the major prize is $23,550 AUD. Prize value is in Australian dollars and correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken. Total Prize value is $43,550 AUD.
4.3 The minor prize winners must abide by the following conditions:
a) Minor winners will have the option to fulfil this prize package either in Sydney, Australia until 31 August 2014 OR Brisbane, Australia from 27 September 2014 to 25 January 2015 pending on show ticket availability. The Lion King Theatrical Production Premium ticket is valid for admittance to one show either at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney OR Lyric Theatre Brisbane. Tickets cannot be transferred for another date or time. If the winner resides in QLD and selects the Brisbane show, they forfeit their claim to the airfare and hotel to airport transfer portions of the prize. If the winner resides in NSW and selects the Sydney show, they forfeit their claim to the airfare and hotel to airport transfer portions of the prize.
b) No replacement will be made for any loss or theft of show tickets
c) In the event there is a change in the date or time for the Lion King Theatrical Production Premium ticket, the promoter will notify the minor winner regarding this change and also determine the outcome of the minor prize including but not limited to major prize elements detailed in clause 4.2
d) The winner must confirm their prize fulfilment availability to the Prize Sponsor by 1 August 2014 at 09:00 AEST.
e) The winners and their travelling companion must travel on the same flight, at the same time, must depart from the same Australian capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city airport (Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth) for flight departure to Sydney OR Brisbane Airport, Australia. The Promoter will not be liable for any cost arising from or otherwise related to delays or cancellations to the connecting flight(s) booked by the winner, either to or from the nominated capital city and their residence. All booking and costs related to obtaining, amending or otherwise concerning the connecting flight(s) to/from their residence and the nominated capital city are the responsibility of the winner.
f) Any changes made to the booking by the prize winners or their travel companions, including extending the trip, are at the winner’s expense and must be arranged by the winner.
4.4 The major prize winner and their travel companions must abide by the following conditions:
a) The Major Prize winner and nominated travel companions must provide valid photo identification to the Promoter.
b) Any travel companion nominated by the major winner to travel on this prize package aged 11 to 17 years old must be under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian and also sign a legal release form. Travel companions travelling under the age of 11 years old is not permitted to take part in this prize package unless explicitly approved by the Promoter and Prize Sponsor.
c) The major prize winner and their travel companions must commence and complete their travel between the following dates; 1 June 2014 until 30 April 2015 (inclusive). Block out periods do apply unless explicitly approved by the Prize Sponsor: 15 July – 31 August 2014, 01 – 31 October 2014, 15 December 2014 – 14 January 2015, 01 – 28 February 2015, 01 April to 30 April 2015
d) There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once itineraries or tickets are issued, including no name changes. The Sponsor will inform the major prize winner of their flight times and dates no later than 5 (five) weeks before scheduled departure.
e) Upon winner confirmation, the major prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize or any element of the prize as stated. If the prize is not utilised by 30 April 2015 it will be fortified.
f) The travel companions nominated by the major prize winner, once nominated are not transferable
g) As the major prize airfares and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking the major prize winner must confirm their travel dates and times no later than 60 days before departure.
h) Winners can extend their stay by purchasing additional nights at a 50% discounted rate (50% off the Published Rate)
i) Any changes made to the booking by the prize winners or their travel companions, including extending the trip, are at the winner’s expense and must be arranged by the winner.
j) The winners and their travelling companion must travel on the same flight, at the same time, for all flights included in this prize package. The Promoter will not be liable for any cost arising from or otherwise related to delays or cancellations to the connecting flight(s) booked by the winner, either to or from the nominated capital city and their residence. All booking and costs related to obtaining, amending or otherwise concerning the connecting flight(s) to/from their residence and the nominated capital city are the responsibility of the winner.
k) The major prize winner is responsible for ensuring that all those travelling have valid passports and applicable visas. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of any passport or visa not being produced in time for travel. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the major prize winner’s nominated travel companions cannot travel because of non- compliance with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
l) Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the prize package and is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4.5 In accepting the minor and major prize, the winners and their nominated travel companions agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.6 The prize winners and their nominated travel companions agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the major prize winners and their nominated travel companions must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s requirements.
4.8 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable or exchangeable.
4.9 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the prize become the responsibility of the prize winners and their nominated travel companions. Subject to the prize stipulated in clause 4.2, the prize winners and their travel companions are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to spending money, transfers, reserve entrance fees, gratuities, lunch on day of arrival, curio purchases, spa treatments, meals, room amenity charges, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, in-room video, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the prize winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
4.10 Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated travel companions.
4.11 The Promoter may require the prize winners and their nominated travel companions to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.12 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
4.13 The promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be eight (
minor winners and one (1) major prize winner drawn from the national pool of SMS and 1902 entrants who will win the relevant prize package detailed in clause 4.2. Two (2) minor prize winners will be drawn during at each minor prize draw.
Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions and registered all necessary registration information within the date and times detailed in clause 3.2 via the method(s) set out in Clause 3.3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the draw. Entries that do not comply with any of the terms and conditions, may be deemed invalid and a further draw(s) will be conducted in its place. The minor and major winner draws will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on the date and times detailed in clause 3.2.
5.2 The winners will be notified by a phone call by a member of the Seven Network Marketing Department within two (2) days of the draw and a letter advising the winner of their prize will also be express posted. The winners’ details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on the dates Monday 9 June 2014.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.6 Subject to state government legislation, the minor winners must accept their EVENT BASED prize by Friday 27 June 2014 at 09:30 (AEST). In the event of an unclaimed minor prize, a redraw will take place at Mnet Mobile PtyLtd, Level1, Adelaide, SouthAustralia 5000 on Friday 27 June 2014 at 09:45(AEST). The winner(s) will be notified by a phone call by a member of the Seven Network Marketing Department within two (2) days of the draw and a letter advising the winner of their prize will also be express posted. The winners’ details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on the dates Monday 7 July 2014. Also, the major winner must accept their prize by Friday 22 August 2014 09:00 (AEST). In the event of an unclaimed major prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Friday 22 August 2014 09:30 (AEST) and winner(s) will be notified by mail and their details published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 1 September 2014 if required.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, The Walt Disney Company Australia, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, The Walt Disney Company Australia, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
b) in the acceptance or participation in any prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person.
e) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
f) in relation to any damage or loss to Entrant's or any other person's computer software, computer equipment or internet connection resulting from or related to participation in this Promotion;
g) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
