    Entry is open to persons aged 18 years and over.
    The promotion is only open to residents of Australia except directors and employees (and immediate families of directors and employees) of the promoter and any related entity as defined in the Corporations Act.
    To enter, the entrant must do one of the following:
        complete the entry form online at either: www.annestreetpartners.com.au or www.annestreetwin.com.au; or
        complete the entry form on any tablet device made available by the promoter; or
        provide the entry form details to an authorised representative of Anne Street Partners via outbound telephone calls.

    The promotion commences at 9:00 a.m. on 3 March 2014
    An entrant can enter the draw once only.
    Entries close 4:00 p.m. (Sydney time) on 8 September 2014. The draw will take place at Level 16 Gold Fields House, 1 Alfred Street, Sydney at 4:00 p.m. on 11 September 2014. Winner will be notified by telephone and mail and their name will be published in The Australian on 18 September 2014. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    The draw will be conducted electronically and the first valid entry will win $50,000.00 off their mortgage or $50,000.00 to be invested into managed funds as determined by the promoter for the benefit of the entrant. The prize will be paid by cheque, made out in favour of the winner, drawn against the account of Anne Street Partners Home Loans Pty Ltd within fourteen (14) days of the draw. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

    The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. Independent advice should be sought.
    In the event of the prize not being claimed within three (3) months of the draw for such prize, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the promoter reserves the right to conduct such further draw on 12 January 2015 at 10:00 a.m. AEST, being four (4) months from when the unclaimed prize was originally drawn (and at the same location as the unclaimed prize was drawn) as is necessary to distribute the unclaimed prize, subject to any written directions given by any relevant statutory authorities including those given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2008 (SA). The winner of the unclaimed draw mentioned in this clause will be notified by telephone and mail and published on 14 January 2015 on the website www.annestreetpartners.com.au
