TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an
entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Participants must
be at least 18 years of age. Only one entry per person in permitted.
2. All entrants will be subscribed to Tourism and Events Queensland online communications.
Entrants may also elect to receive communications from Peppers Hotels and Resorts.
3. You will be entered into the competition by visiting the competition website,
http://www.queenslandholidays.com.au/travel-tools/competitions/peppers-competition.cfm and filling
out the entry details. Each entrant will go into a draw to win the competition prize. The
competition commences on 26th
May 2014 at 9.00am AEST and concludes at 5.00pm on 16th
June 2014 at 5.00pm AEST.
4. The prize consists of the following:
(i) 5 nights’ accommodation for two persons at a Peppers hotel in Queensland, valued up to
approximately $3000; and
(ii) $5000 flight centre voucher.
5. The winner will be selected by random draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at
Tourism and Events Queensland, level 10, 30 Makerston Street, Brisbane on Friday 20th
June
2014 at 11.00am. The prize winner will be notified by email and the winner’s name will be
posted on
http://www.queenslandholidays.com.au/travel-tools/competitions/competitions_home.cfm.
6. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, the winner will forfeit their right to the
prize. A redraw will take place on 27th
June 2014 at 11.00am AEST.
7. The prize must be redeemed at any of the seven Peppers properties in Queensland by 31st
December 2014, subject to availability. The prize is not exchangeable, transferrable, or
redeemable for cash. The 5 night prize must be taken in its entirety at one of the seven Peppers
properties and cannot be split between different properties.
8. The flight centre voucher may only be used for return travel to Queensland and for travel within
Queensland. Flight Centre voucher terms and conditions apply.
9. Once booked and confirmed, any further cancellations or date changes are subject to Peppers’
booking conditions, and at the winner’s own expense.
10. All expenses outside of the stated prize inclusions are at the cost and responsibility of the
winner.
11. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any
variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided. The judges’ decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoters
against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation
in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property.
12. Employees and Directors of the Promoters, or agencies associated with the promotion, and their
immediate families, are ineligible to enter the promotion.
13. By claiming the prize, the winner accepts that the Promoters may use their name and likeness
