The competition commences on Monday 26th May 2014 (“the Commencement Date”). All entries must be received by no later than 4pm WST, Sunday 3rd August 2014 (“the Closing Time”). Late entries will not be accepted. The period from the Commencement Date to the Closing Time is referred to in these terms and conditions as “the Competition Period”.
An entry card will be presented to the customer upon each purchase of a drink and food combination from a Muzz Buzz store. Each entry card will have a unique code. The holder will then be eligible during the Competition Period to submit the entry code online with their details as their entry form into the draw.
The Major prize will be drawn on Tuesday 12th of August 2014 at 2pm WST online via a random number generator at Unit 1 30 Wheeler St Belmont WA 6104. One of the ten Minor weekly prizes will be drawn each Monday at 2pm WST commencing 2nd June 2014 in the same manner and at the same location. The winners will be notified by phone and mail. The name of the winners will also be published in The Australian on Friday 5th of September, 2014. The Promoter’s nominated judge’s decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
Multiple entries can be made so long as each online entry has a unique code.
Each unique code is eligible to win only one of the 11 prizes to be drawn
The required fields in the online entry form must be entered correctly to be able to be validated as a legitimate entry.

The Major Prize is a new Holden Barina Spark, defined as the vehicle, dealer delivery and on road costs, with a retail price and valued at $14,370. The vehicle colour is subject to availability at the time of dealer delivery. The 10 Minor Prizes are gift cards valued at $100 each. The total prize value is $15,370 AUD and is based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing. Each Minor Prize is valid for 12 months and all prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. An individual entry cannot be drawn as the winner of more than one prize.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of the draw the prize will be given to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
