2. Any RACV member who sends their name, RACV member number, address and daytime phone number on the back of an envelope to the AVIC Competition, RoyalAuto, 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, VIC 3174 or completes an online entry form, available from royalauto.com.au during the Promotion Period will be entered in the draw. Competition commences 6pm Thursday, 19 June and closes 11.59pm Sunday, 20 July (the Promotion Period).
3. Competition entry is restricted to one entry per person. Additional entries will result in entrant being disqualified from the Competition.
4. This competition is won by chance and entrants are not judged on the quality of their entry.
5. All employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. The competition is restricted to residents of the State of Victoria.
6. Any eligible RACV member can enter the competition once only.
7. The draw will take place at 9.30am on Monday, 21 July 2014 at 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Victoria.

9. The first valid entry drawn will win a prize.
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone and the winners details will be published in the September 2014 RoyalAuto and online at royalauto.com.au.
11. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
12. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw if necessary on 31 July at 11am in order to distribute any prize if unclaimed by that date.
15. RACV may substitute or change the supplier of the prize or substitute prizes with cheques to the cash value of prizes at its absolute discretion.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or death relating to acceptance and use of prizes by winners.
17. The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the Promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Personal information supplied by entrants may be provided to related bodies corporate or agencies of the Promoter and third parties involved in promoting or conducting the promotion for the purposes of conducting the promotion and future marketing and publicity communications.
