Draws will be made every 20 minutes from 5.30pm - 8.30pm. Members must be present to win and have 4 minutes to claim their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will jackpot to the next draw. If the 8.30pm draw is unclaimed the prize will carry over to the final draw on Sunday 29 June.

CONDITIONS: 1. Employees, Directors, Campbelltown Golf Club Committee and Sub Committee members, Golf Professional and his/her employees and their respective spouses are ineligible to enter. Suspended and Banned Persons are not eligible to participate. 2. Participants can swipe their Membership card once per day from 1 June - 29 June 2014 to enter the draw. 3. Draws will take place every Sunday during June, excluding Sunday 1 June. First Draw Sunday 8 June. Final Draw Sunday 29 June 2014. Draws will be made at 5.30pm, 5.50pm, 6.10pm, 6.30pm, 6.50pm, 7.10pm, 7.30pm, 7.50pm, 8.10pm and 8.30pm. The barrel will be emptied after the final draw each week. Tickets valid week of issue only. 4. Winners must be present in the Club at the time of the draw & have 4 minutes to present themselves at the draw location to claim their prize. There is a maximum of 2 prizes per member per week. If a multiple winner is drawn a 3rd time on the same day an immediate redraw will take place. 5. Draws will be announced over the PA system in the Main Club Lounge, Gaming room and Kings Food Court. DRAW ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL NOT BE BROADCAST IN OTHER AREAS OF THE CLUB including but not limited to Private Function Rooms, The CUBE and Samba Café & Grill. It is the Members responsibility to ensure they are in an area where the draw can be heard. 6. Winners can take a maximum of $2,000 in cash, balance will be paid by cheque. 7. Unclaimed prizes jackpot to the next draw. If the final draw on Sunday 8, 15, 22 June is unclaimed the prize will carry over to Sunday 29 June. Additional prizes carried over to the final draw may be split at the Clubs discretion. For example if a $6,000 prize carries over to the final draw the Club may choose to split this into 2 x $3,000 prizes. Additional prizes will be drawn after the final weekly draw at 8.30pm on Sunday 29 June 2014. 8. All prizes must be won at the final draw Sunday 29 June. We will continue to draw until all prizes have been claimed. 9. If there are multiple prizes of the same value we may elect to draw multiple winners simultaneously to expedite the draw process. For example: If there are 3 x $3,000 prizes we may draw and announce 3 winners simultaneously and provide one 4 minute interval for all 3 winners to claim their respective prizes. The number of tickets drawn will not exceed the number of prizes available. 10. Winners consent to the publication of their name and or photograph in any form of advertising Campbelltown Catholic Club sees fit. 11. By participation in the promotion participants consent to the conditions of entry. 12. Authorised under NSW Permit No. LTPS/14/03813.
