*1. Q Camper Trailer Giveaway (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).
1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. The Promotion commences on Monday 23rd June 2014 9am AEST and closes on Friday 18th July 2014 at 12 Mid-day AEST (“Promotional Period”).
3. The Promotion will be conducted over a 26 day period. 4. The Promoter (“Promoter”) is Jen Management QLD Pty Ltd ABN 61 080 874 – Q Super Centre, Corner Bermuda and Markeri Streets Mermaid Waters Qld 4218.
5. If a customer makes a purchase at any participating retail store* of $20 or more, then the customer is eligible to receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion. If the customers makes multiple purchases from participating retail stores* to the value of $20 or more, then the customer is eligible to receive (1) entry form. If a customer makes a purchase at Woolworths, Coles or Aldi of $100 or more, then the customer is eligible to receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion. If the customers makes multiple purchases from Woolworths, Coles or Aldi to the value of $100 or more, then the customer is eligible to receive (1) entry form. All banks, medical services, dentists, Mc Donalds, TAB and Australia Post are EXCLUDED from this competition.
6. To enter the Promotion, the customer must complete an entry form with their name, address, daytime telephone number, email address (if applicable) and a receipt/s to the value of $20 / $100 or more must be attached and placed in the centre entry barrel located by Coles.
7. Entries that are deemed as photocopies will be invalid.
8. The Prize (“the Prize”) are as follows: Emu Cross Country off road Camper Trailer, fitted with the Explorer 15 Quick Erect Tent plus Rear Room – valued at $10,351.00 inclusive. Registration of the Camper Trailer will take place once the details of the winners are received by Emu Camper Trailers, 219 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters, Gold Coast, 4216. The Camper Trailer registration process will take place within 48 hours. Prize will include one adult bicycle valued at $600.00, child bicycle valued at $360.00 plus Hayman Reese bike rack.
9. The draw for the Prize will take place at Centre Management, Q Super Centre, Corner Bermuda and Markeri Streets Mermaid Waters QLD 4218.
10. The Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email (“Winner”) and requested to return to Q Super Centre to claim the Prize from Centre Management and agree to have their photo taken for publication on Q Super Centre’s website, facebook pages, monthly e-newsletter and press.
11. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the Promotion.
12. The Prize must be taken as offered and is not redeemable for cash
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winner’s name and /or photograph for publicity purposes.
15. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for the Prize and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
17. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the Winner or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control subject to regulatory authorities.
18. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage, or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
19. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
20. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for (a.) conducting the Promotion and notifying the Winner; and (b.) Advertising and publicity purposes.
21. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. The Privacy Policy may be obtained from the Promoter’s office.
22. Employees, immediate families and any person living at the same address of the Promoter, Prize Suppliers, and all Retailers at Q Super Centre and any associated organisations with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. 23. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any disputes, The Promoter’s decision shall be final.
