Entry Restrictions This competition is open only to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 14 years or over. Individuals between the ages of 14 and 18 years must obtain parental consent to enter. Entry Method To be eligible to enter, individuals must:

Prize DetailsMajor Prize:
In this competition there is one (1) Major Prize. The Major Prize includes the following: Return economy class flights from winner’s nearest Australian state capital city if the winner is an Australian resident, or return economy class flights from winner’s nearest major city (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin) if the winner is a New Zealand resident to Las Vegas, including checked luggage and taxes for 2 people (RRP $7,100); Return private airport transfers to accommodation for 2 people (RRP $390); 5 nights’ accommodation based on twin share for 2 people (RRP $2,200); Luxury car driving experience for 2 people (RRP $2,495); 10 laps in a luxury car; on-board video of driving experience; Sky combat experience for 2 people (RRP $1,978). 4.Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation
5.The Major Prize Winner and their travel partner must have a valid passport that is valid for the period during which they intend to take the Major Prize and up to 6 (six) months after their intended return to Australia (if an Australian resident) or New Zealand (if a New Zealand resident).
6.The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash. Any element of the prize that is unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize
7.The itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter and the Promoter’s service provider, Granted Worldwide, in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter and Granted Worldwide reserve the right to determine the itinerary.
8.A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required from the Major Prize Winner and/or travel partner at check-in to hotels for all incidental charges.
9.It is the Major Prize Winner’s and their travel partner’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and health requirements, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Major Prize Winner and their travel partner
10.The winner (and any companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
11.Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
12.Flight schedules and accommodation arrangements are subject to change without notice.
13.The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety conditions or any other conditions that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
14.As a condition of accepting the Major Prize the winner (and any companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, Granted Worldwide or organisers

In this Competition, there are 70 Daily prizes to be won. The Daily Prize is a Transformers Cooler valued at $115.00 (AUD). Total Minor Prize Pool is $9,200 (AUD).

Entry Limits Multiple entries are permitted, subject to (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Product purchased; (b) a maximum of three (3) entries will be accepted per residential address per day; (c) a maximum of one (1) entry will be accepted per pack purchased (d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (e) unrecognised Barcode numbers will be deemed invalid. Proof of Purchase Requirements Entrants must retain their eligible participating pack(s) (photocopy of promotional pack is not acceptable) (“Promotional Materials”) as proof of purchase for all entries. Failure to provide the Promotional Materials when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period (including any winners of a Daily Prize) will win the Major Prize.
Daily Draw:
There will be 70 Daily Draws. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each Daily Draw from all entries received during the previous calendar day will win a Daily Prize (subject to verification).
The 70 Daily Prize draws will be conducted, one (1) in respect of each day of the Promotional Period. Entries for each daily draw open at 12.01am (AEST) and 2.01.am (NZST) and close at 9.59pm (AEST) and 11.59pm (NZST) each day of the Promotional Period. The daily draws will be conducted at 12 midday (AEST) and 2pm (NZST) on each day from 24.06.2014 to 02.09.2014 (inclusive) at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.
The draw for any draw dates that fall on a public holiday or a weekend, will take place on the next business day.
Unclaimed Prize Draw:
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place at 12.00 midday (AEST) and 2pm (NZST) on 02.12.2014 (2nd December 2014) at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) days of the draw. Major Prize winner will be published in The Australian on 12.12. 2014. Winners will be required to provide the Promotional Materials to validate their entry, in accordance with terms & conditions
Winners Notification The provisional Daily Prize winners and Major Prize winner will be notified in writing and telephone within two (2) days of the relevant draws.
Upon request by the Promoter, the provisional Daily Prize winners and Major Prize winner will be required to send the Promoter the Promotional Materials within 7 days. Failure to provide the Promotional Materials as proof of purchase when requested by the Promoter may in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize.

General Conditions
1. If any prize (or part of anyprize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of anyprize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
3. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Maximum total prize pool is up to the value of $23,363.00 AUD RRP
6. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details incorrectly entered on the website may invalidate the relevant entry, in the Promoter’s discretion.
7. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
8. As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
9. The following provisions apply to the Major Prize:
(a) Travel, accommodation and activities are for the winner and one guest travelling together. If, at the time of commencing travel, the winner is under the age of 18 years, their guest must be 18 years of age or older. Travel departs from and returns to the winner’s nearest Australian capital city if the winner is an Australian resident, or Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin or Wellington if the winner is a New Zealand resident.
(b) The winner is responsible for their entry, and the entry of their guests, into the destination country and all countries en route, including the holding of any necessary passports and visas.
(c) No compensation will be payable if a winner, or their guest, is unable to use the Major Prize as stated for whatever reason, including denial of entry into any country, or cancellation or postponement of an event, or any part of an event, or due to requirements of third parties providing any component of the Major Prize.
(d) Any part of the Major Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
(e) Except where expressly included in a particular package, transfers within Australia or New Zealand and the destination country, meals and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
(f) Travel insurance is not provided and the responsibility of the Major Prize winner
(g) The Major Prize must be taken before 02.09.15 (2nd September 2015)
(h) In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original Major Prize or, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
The specific terms relating to the luxury car drive are:
(a) All drivers participating in the experience must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's license;
(b) The luxury Car driving experience is for 2 (two) people;
(c) All drivers participating in the driving program will be required to show a valid Driver's License or equivalent on date of experience which will be used for identification purposes as well as proof of general driving skills needed to operate vehicles during track experience;
(d) Ability to operate a manual transmission is not required for participation;
(e) Participants scheduled to a ride-along under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who must give written consent;
(f) All participants to a driving experience or a ride-along must be taller than 130cm or 4'3''; and
(g) All participants will be required to sign an Adult Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement at the event. All participants are required to wear a helmet on track;
The specific terms relating to the sky combat are:
(a) Sky Combat Ace reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whom is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
(b) The sky combat experience is for 2 (two) people;
(c) For safety, passengers should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride;
(d) Weight Restrictions:
Extra 330: Between 80 lbs (36 kg) & 240 lbs (109 kg)
Waco: Between 40 lbs (18 kg) and 350 lbs (159 kg)*
Maximum 2 passengers. 350 lbs (181 kg) Total Allowed;
(e) Height Restrictions:
Extra 330: No taller than 6'3" (191 cm)
Waco: No taller than 6'6" (198 cm); and
(f) Shoes and Socks Required. The Waco is an open cockpit biplane, therefore appropriate apparel is required. Warm jackets recommended in Winter
10. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
11. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
12. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants, and as required, to Australian & New Zealand regulatory authorities.
