2. WHO CAN ENTER?

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Wednesday 2nd July 2014 at 9.00am (AEST) and concludes on Tuesday 29 July 2014 at 12:00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”) however, the eligible entry period for each daily prize will commence and conclude on the following dates and times:

3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch The Morning Show (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period. Each morning throughout the Competition Period there will be a competition segment aired during the Program (or any replacement program broadcast in The Morning Show timeslot) which will disclose a weekly question.
3.3 In order to enter, viewers must log onto

a) Have you ever borrowed clothes from a friend without them knowing and successfully
returned them?
b) Have you ever had a friend borrow your clothes then caught them wearing them?
c) Have you ever lent clothes to a friend and had them returned a little worse for wear?
d) What is the wildest activity you’ve done in a borrowed item of clothes and got away with
it?
3.4 Entrants (including the winners) may enter the competition as many times as they like. The time of
entry will in each case be the time the responses are received by the Seven Network (Operations) Ltd database.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize winner each week (4 prize winners in total) throughout Competition Period). Each prize winner will receive:
1 x Laundry Appliances package to the value of $3,000.
1 x grocery voucher to the value of $1000 to the winner’s nominated grocery store 1 x $1000 gift certificate for home cleaning services
Total Prize Value $5,000.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL VALUE: $20,000
4.2 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.3 The winner must complete and return a prize acceptance form including a liability/publicity release within four (4) weeks of the prize draw to accept the prize.
4.4 Laundry Appliance Pack – the winner must agree to nominate one washing machine and/or one dryer to the maximum value of $3,000 from an online or physical store that delivers to the winner’s residential address (alternatively the winner will be responsible to collect the appliance/s) within six (6) weeks of the prize draw. The prize value may be used towards the cost of delivery, installation, extended warranty and removal of the old appliances being replaced as long as those services are offered by the same supplier as the appliance purchase in one transaction.
4.5 Grocery Voucher – The winner must nominate a grocery store that offers a gift voucher/certificate facility within size (6) weeks of the prize draw. Voucher expiry may vary depending in the selected store’s terms and conditions.
4.6 Home Cleaning Service - The winner must agree to nominate a ‘cleaning services business’ within 6 weeks of the prize draw to deliver residential cleaning services at the winner’s home. The cleaning services, pricing, time/date must be agreed between the winner and the business. All cleaning services must be completed within 12 months of the prize draw. The cleaning service contract will be between the winner and the cleaning business and the Promoter will not be a party to this contract. The nominated cleaning services business must offer cleaning services as part of their ongoing business and must provide client references on request. The Promoter reserves the right to reject the nominated business for any reason including, but not limited to, if they are not satisfied that the nominated business offers appropriate residential cleaning services.
4.7 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.8 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
4.9 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and or photographs to any media or other organisation.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 One (1) prize winner each week (4 in total) will be judged by representatives of the Promoter based upon other things, creative merit. This is a game of skill and chance plays no party in determining the winner.
5.2 Each week, the best entry, as determined by the judge/s, will be awarded the prize. Judging will occur weekly at the Promoter’s premises at 12:30pm AEST on 08/07/14, 15/07/14, 22/07/14, 29/07/14.
5.3 The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event that the first entrant chosen as a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or take a prize.
5.4 Only one prize per person will be awarded.
5.5 Weekly winners may be announced in The Morning Show. Winners will be notified by phone call
within one (1) day of the draw and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be mailed out. All winners will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Wednesday 6 August 2014.
5.6 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates, PZ Cussons Australia Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion, will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates and their associated employees, agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes that may occur:
a) during the selection process;
b) in the participation in any prize or use of the prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
entrants or any other person;
e) in relation to failure of a Twitter or Facebook entry message to be received by the promoter
on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or
lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this
promotion; or
g) due to circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control.
6.3 Subject to State Regulation, in the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to State Regulation.
6.5 Subject to State Regulation, if for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
