The competition will run from Monday, June 30 (30/6/2014) and continue until 5pm Friday, July 25 (25/7/2014). After this date thne no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost, undelivered, incomplete or damaged entries.
This is a game of skill. Entrants must obey the 140 character limit and include a photo with their entry to be eligible for entry into the prize draw. The prize for each winner is as follows: one (1) ARB 47 Litre Portable Fridge Freezer valued at $1199.00AUD; three (3) prizes in total.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value and specification without prior notice.
Winners will be chosen:
a) By the promoter's marketing team based on pre-defined criteria, including but not limited to creativity and originality.
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
The promoter will arrange for the winners to collect the prize at their nearest ARB store or stockist. Prizes can be shipped to winners, at the discretion of the promoter, depending on location.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating they are 18 years of age or older, and that they are permitted to enter competitions of this nature in the country in which they reside.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s name will be published on the ARB 4x4 Accessories Facebook page, and the winner will be notified directly via email.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
