TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: DR. LEWINN’S #iDiscovered COMPETITION Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16+ who are registered as 'liking' the official Dr. LeWinn’s Australia fan page on Facebook or following the official Dr. LeWinn’s Instagram page during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
Multiple entries per person are not permitted. One sample will be given per physical address. The promoter holds no responsibility accepted for late lost or misdirected entries.
Promotion commences Sunday 6th July 2014 at 04:59pm AEST
and concludes Sunday August 3rd at 11.59pm. The prize will be sent out to the address provided by the winners. Please allow for up to 28 working days for receipt of your prize.
The judging will be conducted at Get Glossy Pty Ltd at 147 High Street Preston vic 3072 every Monday until 4th August 2014. Winners will be notified via comment on their post. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To enter participants must subscribe or be subscribed to the official Dr. LeWinn’s Australia fan page on Facebook or Instagram and submit an entry via posting an image on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #iDiscovered. The image is to include a response to “what have you discovered about yourself?” There are 80 (eighty) prizes for this competition in total. The winners will receive: 1 (one) x Dr. LeWinn’s Line Smoothing Complex S8 Hydrating Day Cream or 1 (one) x Dr. LeWinn’s Eternal Youth Day & Night Cream, both valued at AUD $69.95 inc. GST. the total prize value is AUD $5,596 inc. GST. the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that a prize or an element of a prize is/are not available the promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments.

Any entry not that does not include a response to “what have you discovered about yourself” will be deemed invalid.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
