Wotif ‘Getaway giveaway’ Game of Chance Competition

Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry to the promotion is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over. Directors, officers, management, employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter, or the organisations associated with this promotion, and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

The promotion is a game of chance. To enter the draw of the promotion, participants must during the Promotional Period go to
www.wotif.com/promo/reviews-comp (“promotion website”), follow the prompts to register their details including first name, surname, date of birth, email address, state, postcode and telephone number
Only one entry via the method set out in clause 5 will be accepted per entrant. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases/email addresses may be disqualified. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid
Entrants will also be given the opportunity to forward the promotion to their friends through the ‘Share with friends’ functionality via email, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ with their friend’s express consent. Each forward to a friend completed via the promotion website will provide the entrant with one extra entry into prize draw.
Entrants will be given a further opportunity to gain an extra entry into the prize draw by ‘liking’ the Wotif.com Facebook page during the Promotional Period. If the entrant is already a fan of the page, they will not be able to gain an extra entry via this function.
All valid entries will go into a random draw, which will take place at 10am AEST, Friday 1st August 2014 at 173-185 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first 19 valid entries drawn will win one of the following prizes. The first entry drawn will win the prize in clause 9i; the second entry drawn will win the prize in 9ii, and so on:

If the Promoter, after making all reasonable attempts to contact a winner, is unable to contact a winner or a prize is not accepted or claimed by 9am AEST, Monday 3rd November 2014, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11am AEST, Monday 3rd Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or lay-buys, nor can they be re-sold. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance or availability of any prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
The Promoter may require entrants to verify their identity and age. Failure to provide this to the Promoter’s satisfaction will result in all of the entrant’s entries being invalid.
