Terms and Conditions
HERCULES Movie Giveaway iiNet Limited (ABN 48 068 628 937) of 502 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008 ("we" or "us") are responsible for conducting the 'Hercules movie giveaway' ("the Competition").
By entering into this Competition you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:01am (AWST) Friday 11 July, 2014
and closes at 11:59pm (AWST) on Monday 21 July, 2014. Entries must be received by us during this period.
Conditions of Entry
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. To enter the Competition you must email
competitions@iinet.net.au with your name and address in the body of the email, telling us in 25 words or less why you think you should win tickets to see HERCULES ("Entry").
You may only enter the competition once. We reserve the right to check the validity of all entries and to disqualify you if we reasonably believe that your entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the entry process has been tampered with.
Competition Draw
The Competition is a game of skill. Chance pays no part in determining the winners.
Each Entry will be judged according to its originality and creativity. The winners will be the 30 best Entries as judged by us. ("Winners").
Judging will take place at 10:30am (AWST) on 22 July at Level 2, 502 Hay Street, Subiaco.
The Winners will be notified on 22 July that they have won the Competition and will be provided with instructions on how to redeem their Prize.
If we are unable to contact a Winner by 12:00pm (AWST) on 23 July that Winner will forfeit the Prize and the next best Entry will be deemed the winner ("Replacement Winner"). If we are unable to contact the Replacement Winner within 2 business days, that Replacement Winner will forfeit and we will repeat the process until a Replacement Winner is successfully contacted by us and awarded the Prize.
Our decision on all aspects of this Competition is final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.
The Prize
Each winner will be awarded one in-season double pass to see HERCULES. ("Prize").
The Prizes are valued at approximately $38 each.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Any unused portion of the Prizes will be forfeited. If any element of the Prizes become unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the Prizes with other prizes of equal or similar value.
We may require that a Winner provide acceptable identification or proof of age before awarding a Prize.
We are not responsible for any failure or inability on the part of any Winner to redeem a Prize.
Personal Information
By entering this Competition you agree to us collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal information for the purposes of the Competition. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy statement which is available at http:www.iinet.net.au/about/legal/competitionprivacy.html.
If you are the Winner, you agree to us publishing your name and suburb and/or a photograph of you in any media (including social media) for the purpose of promoting this Competition and/or our products.
Right to Amend
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any such change.
Release and Indemnity
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) or your other statutory rights.
Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which you reside.
