1. How to Enter: Purchase any product from the Disney range, take a creative photo featuring the product and enter at
www.facebook.com/bestandless. The winning entry will be the one that is determine by the judging panel to be the most creative and judged with consideration given to how fun, unique, different and clever the entry is.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entrants should not enter the competition if they do not agree with these terms and conditions.
3. This competition is a game of skill. One hundred (100) winners will be drawn as part of the promotion.
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents (‘Entrants’) and those in the Best & Less Friends Club database. However, employees and their immediate families of Best & Less Pty Ltd, Salmat Digital Pty Limited and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
5. If entrant is under the age of 18 years of age, permission to enter competition must be sought from their parent or legal guardian. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
6. The competition will be advertised online and in print including but not limited to catalogues, websites, Facebook and other online mediums.
7. The promotion commences on Sunday 13th July 2014 at 9:00 (AEST) and closes Sunday 3rd August 2014 at 16:59 (AEST) (‘Promotional Period’).
8. Entries must be submitted via the Best&Less Facebook page in above clause 1.
9. Winners will be drawn on Wednesday 6th August 2014 and will be contacted by Friday 8th August 2014.
10. Entrants warrant and agree that, without limitation:
•They will only submit Content and information which they have personally created, own, or have an express licence or permission to submit;
•Their entry will not be infected or corrupted, contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
•They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems;
•They have the full authority to grant to the Promoter the rights referred to in this document.
11. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
12. Entries must be received by Sunday 3rd August 2014 at 16:59 (AEST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
13. Any entry that is made on the behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
14. One hundred (100) winners will receive:
o 1 x of either a Disney Kids Beds! Either Monsters Inc or Disney Princess beds, valued at $500 each
15. Total prize value is up to $50,000.
16. Prize cannot be transferred or be redeemed for cash.
17. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoters shall not be liable for any entries that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected, or for entries not properly completed. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
20. The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
21. If the prize is unclaimed 48 Hours after winner has been contacted then a re-draw will take place.
22. Eligible Entrants’ personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner. In certain circumstances, the PI of winners will be provided to authorities that regulate this competition. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organizations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Eligible Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address given below, or Best & Less at 657-673 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt, NSW 2040, to request access to any of their collected PI that is still held. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.
