set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
All entries must sign a new home contract to build with Classic
Homes Co Pty Ltd between 01/05
/2014 and 31/07/2014. The winner as drawn via random select
ion on Saturday 02/08/2014
at 2pm

reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a
catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regu

. The winner will be notified by
phone,
email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing d
ate. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not
claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to wit
hdraw the prize from the winner.
Winner’s name will be published on the Classic Homes Co’s Facebook page and website.

er will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
If a winner is present at the draw or is otherwise readily identified, the permit holder must pay or otherwise transfer the prize to the winner
within 28 days after the draw.

. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
