Fill in your details on the entry form and drop your entry into any 'Helloworld' travel store. Plus, receive a free Disney holiday planning DVD & luggage tag, when you submit your entry, in store. (While stocks last). Entries close 26 July, 2014.


Terms and Conditions:

1.       Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Acceptance of a prize is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.

2.       The promoter is Stella Travel Services (Australia) Pty Limited trading as helloworld (ABN 84 003 237 296) of Level 3, 77 Berry Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 (telephone number 02 8229 4000) (Promoter).

Duration

3.       Unless otherwise stated all references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales on the date stated. The promotion commences at 12.01am 20 July 2014 and closes at 5:00pm on 26 July 2014 (Promotion Period).

Eligibility to enter

4.       Entry is open to Australian residents aged between 3 and 12 years. All Eligible Entrants must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter (together “Eligible Entrants). The Parent or Guardian needs to be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over but excludes;

                                 i.            Directors, officers, management, retailers, suppliers and their employees (and the Immediate Families of directors, officers, management, suppliers and employees) of the Promoter and each of their related bodies corporate. ‘Immediate Families’ means any of the following: spouse (including same sex spouse), ex-spouse, de-factor spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption) parent, step-parent, natural or adopted sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, office, manager, retailer, employee or contractor.

                                ii.            As the entrant is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.

Entry into the promotion

5.       To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
(a) Purchase the Daily Telegraph (NSW), Herald Sun (VIC) or Courier Mail (QLD) on Sunday 20th July 2014.


(b) Colour in the activity on page 7 of the newspaper ‘Hello Disney’ insert as specified in 5(a), complete the entry form; and
(c) Either submit or post their entry to their local helloworld store by no later than Saturday 26 July 2014. For helloworld store location details and opening hours visit. http://agents.helloworld.com.au

6.       Only entries completed on the official entry form will be accepted.

7.       Eligible Entrants who submit their entry into a helloworld store will receive a free Disney Holiday Planning DVD and Disneyland Luggage Tag, stock is limited.

8.       Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries are not permitted.

9.       This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the originality and creative merit.

10.   The Promoter is not responsible for any postal delays affecting entries, any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.

11.   The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Draw

12.   The 10 best entries, as determined by the Promoter will be selected at 3.00pm on 22 August 2014 at helloworld, Level 3, 77 Berry Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

The prize

13.   The 10 individual winners will each receive a Disney merchandise Prize Pack valued at approximately $200. The total prize pool is valued at approximately $2000.

14.   The delivery of the Prize to the winner’s may take up to four weeks from the draw date (or any redraw date, as applicable).

15.   If the Prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

16.   The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

17.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize once they have been collected by the winner.

18.   The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or as a result of taking or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Notification of the winner

19.   The winners’ parent or guardian will be notified in writing by email or phone by 22 August 2014 using the details listed on page 7 of the newspaper ‘Hello Disney’ insert, and their names will be published on www.helloworld.com.au on 25 August 2014.

Right of the Promoter to redraw

20.   The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed by 3.00pm on 22 August 2014 a second draw will be conducted by helloworld on 26 August 2014 at the same time and place as the first draw subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winners determined in accordance with this clause will be notified in writing by email or phone by 29 July 2014 and their names will be published on www.helloworld.com.au on 30 July 2014.

Limitation of liability and variation of terms

21.   If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.

22.   The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.

23.   The exclusion of liability in clause 22 above does not apply to limit or exclude liability:

                                 i.            for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third party goods or services, which other than in connection with this promotion, are in the normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business;

                               ii.            to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the manner contemplated in that clause (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

Entry details and privacy

24.   Entry details remain the property of The Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by The Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the Prize. Entrants consent to The Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities. Without limiting the foregoing, the Eligible Entrants' parent or guardians’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, visit http://www.helloworldlimited.com.au to obtain a copy.

Tax Implications

25.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought
