1.  Information on how to enter and prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.  Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Participating Outlets, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3.  The promotion will be conducted in selected Liquorland Land and Liquorland Express  stores nationwide, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion (“Participating Outlets”).

4.  Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 9th July 2014 and closes 11.59pm AEST on 6th August 2014 (“Promotion Period”).

5.  To be eligible to enter the promotion, consumers must spend $40 or more on any Bundaberg premix product(s) in one transaction at a Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period ("Qualifying Transaction").   

6.  Once a Qualifying Transaction has been made, to enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
      a) visit www.bcooler.com.au and follow the prompts;
      b) enter the required details including: first name, last name, valid email address, phone number, postal address, age and the Liquorland receipt number;
      c) describe in twenty five words or less “ how a Liquorland and Bundaberg cooler would make your BBQ better”
      d) upload a photo of their receipt; and
      e) submit the fully completed online entry form.

7.  Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) limit one entry per Qualifying Transaction per day; (b) the same receipt number cannot be entered more than once; (c) unrecognized receipt numbers will be deemed invalid; (d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; and (e) a limit of one prize per person (f) All entries should be appropriate from a responsible drinking perspective otherwise they will be dismissed

8.  Entrants must retain original Qualifying Transaction receipt used to enter for each entry made as a proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original receipt(s) for all entries upon request may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. The winners will be sent prizes to the address entered at time of entry. Entrants are responsible to notify the Promoter if their address details change.

9.  No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Bundaberg Land “BUNDABERG LIMITED EDITION COOLER” Promotion database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

10.  Judging will take place from 11th August 2014 - 14th August 2014 and the final winners chosen from 12.00pm – 6.00pm AEST on 15th August 2014 at The Zoo Republic, 9 – 11 Harris St. Pyrmont, NSW 2009, Australia. The winners will be notified by email within 2 days of selection.

11.  During the judging period, the promoter and representatives of the Promoter will review the entries received.  The best 1000 entries received , as determined by the judges based on creativity and originality will be the winners of the prize.   

12.  Each prize is one 22litre Waeco Cooler Box, which has been designed with vintage Bundaberg branding and is a limited edition collection, exclusively for Liquorland. There is a total 1000 prizes to be won.

13.  Each prize is valued at AUD$79.99 each. The total combined value of the prizes for this promotion is AUD$79,990.

14.  If for any reason a winner does not take the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and not redeemable for cash.   

15.  In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

16.  If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

17.  Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

18.  The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19.  The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants, and to disqualify entrants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tamper with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

20.  Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness and image in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

21.  If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; and (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

22.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Liquorland (including its respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

23.  Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Liquorland (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Liquorland; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant or prize taker; or (f) the conduct of this promotion and/or receiving the prize.

24.  If an entrant opts in to receiving further communications from Liquorland in the entry form, those entries will be entered into a database and Liquorland may use the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email address for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.  By opting in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact Liquorland in accordance with its privacy policy.

25.  The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://diageopromotions.com.au/privacy .  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out of marketing, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants entrant can contact and may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles. All entries become the property of the Promoter.  Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia, and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles.  By entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
