The competition is being conducted by Adelaide Central Plaza, 100 Rundle Mall, Adelaide 5000.
Entry is open to all Adelaide Central Plaza customers. Adelaide Central Plaza employees, store–‐owners, retailers and their families are ineligible to enter.
Any entrant under the age of 18 needs to seek the permission of a parent or legal guardian prior to submitting their entry.
To enter the competition, customers must spend $50 or more in any one single transaction at any participating retail store (excluding David Jones) or $15 at any café or food outlet within Adelaide Central Plaza, where the customer will receive an entry form with a code from any participating retailer on level one. One entry is limited to each purchase made to the amounts aforementioned. Any form of automatized entry using any devices or software is invalid.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilization of techniques designed to make multiple entries with a single purchase or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
All valid entries received during the promotion period will be entered in the major prize draw.
The competition commences 1st July 2014 and finishes 31st August at 12pm.
The person filling in the entry form (“the participant”): a. Must complete all other details requested on the Entry Form; b. An incomplete or illegible or incorrectly answered Entry Form will be held to be ineligible
There is no limit to the number of entries any person may submit as long as they have purchased goods to the aforementioned values per entry entered.
Entries must be completed online using the entry code by 31st August at 12pm. Late entries will not be accepted.
There is only one winner who shall receive the prize of two (2) return economy flights to New York, flying Cathy Pacific, departing Adelaide only and a $1000 in cash. (“the Prize”).
The total value of the prize is $7000.00, which includes two (2) return economy flights to New York flying Cathy Pacific to the value of $6000.00 and $1000.00 cash.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winning “game of skill” entry will be randomly drawn, A proof of purchase will be required to validate entry.
In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
The winner of the prize shall be notified in writing within 14 days of the draw and will be published on the centre website
www.adelaidecentralplaza.com.au. The winner should obtain his/her own advice as to the taxation effect of receiving the prize.
The decision as to the winner of the prize is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
By filling out the entry form online the participant consents to having the information on the Entry Form stored, retained and used by Adelaide Central Plaza or any of its related companies for the purpose of sending to the participant other promotional material from Adelaide Central Plaza or any of its related companies or affiliates.
Adelaide Central Plaza will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1998 (as amended) in relation to the storage, use and record–‐keeping of the participant’s personal information it receives on the Entry Form.
Adelaide Central Plaza will not be held accountable by any winner for any expense, loss, damage or injury incurred whilst collecting any, or all of the prize package, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner.

Travel is to be on Cathy Pacific services ex Adelaide
The ticket is for travel in Economy Class from Adelaide via Hong Kong to New York. Travel must commence on or before 31 March 2015.
Maximum stay is up to 3 months abroad.
Before boarding a United States-bound aircraft or vessel, all Australian passport-holders eligible to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA).
Travel is subject to availability of discounted economy airfares at the time of booking and changes are not permitted after ticketing.
Any accommodation enroute/stopover whether by choice or circumstance is at the recipient’s own expense.
Recipient will be responsible for additional taxes due to any stopover enroute
The Ticket is non–‐transferable, non–‐refundable and non–‐redeemable for cash.
Tickets which remains unused after the expiry date of the agreement shall be deemed null and void.
Recipient of the prize must ensure they obtain all relevant visa requirements and ensure their passport has a minimum validity of six months from date of arrival back into Australia at the completion of the trip.
No frequent flyer points will be given as part of the prize.
The recipient of this prize is responsible for all travel costs to and from the point of departure, accommodation, spending money, visa requirements, travel insurance, freight, excess baggage, meals and any other expenses.
