“WIN a Spring Break” is a promotion conducted by Redcliffe Festival (“the Promoter”). Information on how to enter this promotion, the prize pool associated with this promotion, as well as information relating to how prizes will be drawn form a part of the following terms and conditions.
Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Queensland residents who are aged 18 years and older.
The promotion commences on 28th July 2014 at 9:00am and closes on 24th August 2014 at 5.00pm (AEST) (“the Promotional Period”).
The prize is 11 passes to Spring Break Beach Party plus meet with Justice Crew on Friday 5th September 2014. The total prize is valued at $1,000.00
To enter, entrants must navigate to the Rafflecopter lottery application on the Redcliffe Festival Facebook page or website during the promotional period and like the pages listed within the application. One entry may be submitted for each page liked. Each page liked and confirmed constitutes a valid entry. If an entrant fails to complete these steps their entry will be deemed invalid.
The competition is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of entries at the close of the promotional period. The winners will be notified by email and will need to respond with their phone number, date of birth and postal address in order for the prize to be delivered. If any winner fails to claim their prize by 10.00am Friday 29th August 2014 they will forfeit the prize (and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu). Entrants must be prepared that if they are the winner they will be named on Facebook.
All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to transport to the venue and accommodation.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any person for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter reserves the right to alter the mechanics of the promotion at any time without notice.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including (but not limited to) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Eligible entrants consent to the Promoter using and publishing and disclosing to its agents, contractors and entities associated with this promotion personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
Any personal information an entrant submits will not be sold nor given to any third party not directly associated with the promotion except where required by law.
Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information entrants provide may be used to provide information about the Promoter, its agencies and affiliates from time to time. Entrants understand that they can opt-out of these communications at any time and any questions, comments or complaints regarding this promotion must be submitted to the Promoter in writing to PO Box 326, Clontarf QLD 4019.
