The Promotion is conducted by the Promoter.

The Promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays
no part in determining the Winner

individual is eligible to enter this Promotion
if they:

permanent
resident
of Australia
;
and
b)

subscriber

(b)
live
in a household with a Foxtel

c)
the
relevant

subscription
account
is not in arrears
and is active

the
Commencement Date until
the
Unclaimed Prize Draw Date

are
over the age of 18
; and
e)
are able to take the Major Prize (if drawn as the
Major Prize
Winner) sometime
between
7 April 2015 and 31 August 2015

are not:

employees of

Telstra

ii.

iii.
any
corporations or agencies
related to the entities in paragraphs (i) and (ii)
above;

any of the Relevant Parties

a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether n
atural or by
marriage

adoption) of
a person who is
an employee
of any of the
entities listed in
paragraph (

the Commencement Date
and closes on

Closing Date.
