GENERAL By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry. The Ogalo ‘Mazda 2 Giveaway’ competition is administered by Ogalo Portuguese Style Chicken P/L, 18/4 Campbell Street, Artarmon, NSW, 2064. ABN: 52 074 752 480. Ogalo has obtained a permit for this competition being NSW permit number: LTPS/14/00882. Prize details and information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Competition is only available at participating stores.
ELIGIBILITY
Entrant must purchase a listed meal between 12.00am 24th March 2014 and 12.00am 24th September 2014 at any participating Ogalo store to be eligible for entry. Entrant must be at least 18 years of age as at 24th March 2014. Entry is not open to Ogalo staff (including employees and contractors) or their immediate family members. Entrants must be NSW residents to enter this competition. All entrants are required to fill in all fields on the entry section of the Ogalo webpage including Name, Age Group, Postcode, Sex, email address, favourite Ogalo store and the unique entry code. Entries will be submitted automatically when you click ‘submit’.
PRIZE
Prize will consist of 1 (one) Mazda 2 L 5 speed Manual Hatch Neo Sport valued at no more than $15,690.00. The winner will be able to select their preferred colour from the standard range of paint colours. Prize cannot be taken in cash or traded for an alternative make or model. Prize includes 12 months registration with regular issue NSW plates, stamp duty, dealer delivery charges and 12 months CTP insurance. The winner may, if they so choose, pay $1650.00 inc GST directly to Artarmon Mazda and upgrade the vehicle from a 5 speed manual to automatic transmission. This is done independently of Ogalo. The winner must collect their prize from Artarmon Mazda, located at 339 Pacific Hwy Artarmon, NSW, 2064 and allow the publication of handover on Ogalo’s website and social media. If the winner is unable to register the car in their own name, they may assign the car to another consenting person with the legal capacity for the purpose of registration. Ogalo takes no responsibility for any such arrangement between the winner and the assignee. It is a condition of being awarded the major prize that the winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs with the major prize including but not limited to comprehensive insurance against damage, services, tyres or any other items outside the warranty which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE DRAW
Winner will be drawn at 12.00pm on the 24th September. 2014 Winner will be drawn from all entrants that have submitted entries between the 24/3/14 and 24/9/14. Draw will be a barrel draw held at Ogalo Head Office located at 18/4 Campbell Street, Artarmon NSW 2064. Prize is to be collected from Artarmon Mazda which is located at 339 Pacific Hwy Artarmon NSW 2064. Ogalo’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner will be notified within 5 working days by email and name published at
www.ogalo.com.au as well as Ogalo Australia’s social media sites. If prize is not claimed within one month of the draw date, Ogalo will conduct a re-draw from the remaining eligible entries at 12.00pm on 24/10/14. Entrants must request an entry card with a unique entry code at time of purchasing any full priced meal. It is a condition of being awarded the prize that the winner must, following winner notification and before receiving the prize, confirm their full name and address and provide Ogalo with a copy of their current drivers license.
OGALO’S RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
Ogalo accepts no responsibility for a prize not claimed within one month of the draw date except to conduct a re-draw. The winners agree to indemnify Ogalo for any loss or damage arising from their use, ownership or loss of the prize. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Ogalo which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, Ogalo reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to State Government legislation. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
PRIVACY
All entries are the property of Ogalo. By entering this competition, entrants understand and agree that Ogalo may use and disclose the information provided, including the entrants personal information to administer the competition and announce the winners. The entrant consents to Ogalo providing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist Ogalo with administering the competition and announcing the winners, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this competition). If you are not willing to accept this to occur you cannot participate in this competition.
You consent to Ogalo using your personal information to advise you of promotions, events, special offers and like activities by Ogalo. Except where permitted or required by law or where your consent is obtained, this information will not be disclosed to third parties.
