JAZZ HOMES PTY LTD LOYALTY PROMOTION 2014
RULES AND CONDITIONS
The Jazz Homes Pty Ltd Loyalty Promotion is conducted by Jazz Homes Pty Ltd ACN 142 451 974 (“Jazz Homes”).
To enter the promotion you must have either signed a contract for the purchase of a house owned by Jazz Homes or signed a contract for the construction of a house with Jazz Homes during the period of the promotion.
Multiple entries are not permitted (one (1) entry per purchasing entity is permissible only).
The promotion will run for the period from 9.00 am 1 March 2014 to 9.00 am on 12 September 2014 when the Prize will be drawn.
All customers of Jazz Homes who have either signed a contract for the purchase of a house owned by Jazz Homes or signed a contract for the construction of a house with Jazz Homes during the period of the promotion will be automatically entered in the promotion and will be eligible (with one entry per purchasing entity) to win the Prize.
All persons entered in the promotion do so subject to these rules and conditions.
Prize will be drawn on or after 9:00 am on 13 September 2014. Jazz Homes will provide all entrants with details of the time and date of the Prize Draw, by email correspondence, no later than 5:00 pm on 12 September 2014. Entrants names will be entered into a barrel and six entrants will be selected by a radio personality. Each entrant will then be asked to select a key. Only one key will be able to open the Mazda 2 via remote button. Whichever key opens the Mazda 2 via this method is the winner of the Mazda 2 sedan. This process will be conducted at the Jazz Homes Display Home in North Shore (Jazz Homes Premises).
An entrant may nominate a representative to be in attendance at the time of the draw. Entrants will need to complete a nomination form, nominating a representative to act as their agent in the day of the draw. The representative will need to bring a copy of the nomination form to the draw. Entrants who will not be able to be present on the day should contact Jazz Homes for a copy of the nomination form.
The winner or representative of the winner of the Prize must be present at the Jazz Homes premises at the time of the draw. The prize will be redrawn if the winning player or their representative is not present.
Jazz Homes is conducting this promotion with the support of other businesses and organisations namely Mix 106.3 FM and the winner of the prize will be expected to (and must upon acceptance of the Prize) agree to appropriate and reasonable publicity and advertising of the promotion and its outcome. The winner further authorises and permits Jazz Homes to take images by means of any media including photographs, digital and video footage and imaging as a result of acceptance of the prize and you further authorise and permit Jazz Homes to use any stored images in their publications, media releases, website, Facebook, promotional material, newsletters and flyers.
The Prize shall be a 2014 model Mazda2 Neo motor vehicle valued at $18,944.00 including GST, Vehicle Registration Duty and Stamp (Transfer) Duty.
Risk passes to the winner upon acceptance of the Prize and the winner is fully responsible for insuring the vehicle after acceptance.
The winner must collect the prize from the Jazz Homes Display Home in North Shore within five (5) days of acceptance. Jazz Homes will not be responsible for any transportation or transit costs incurred by the winner in relation to the collection of the prize.
The Prize is not transferable.
Entry is only open to Australia residents aged eighteen (18) years or over. Officers and employees of Jazz Homes will not be eligible to be or become entrants in the promotion.
The laws of the State of Queensland including the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 will govern this promotion.
