Terms & Conditions
- The selling agreement must be valid for a period of 90 days or more.
- The commencement date for entries to the competition is 1st July 2014.
- The closing date of the competition is 30th September 2014.
- All current valid listings will be entered into the competition.
- Any listings withdrawn from the market will be withdrawn from the competition.
- All listings placed under offer or sold during the competition period will remain in the draw.
- All entries will be notified by letter and phone via contact details supplied on the listing agreement to Harcourts Kalamunda.
- The entrants must be present at the venue nominated by Harcourts Kalamunda for the draw.
- All entrants may nominate one proxy in writing to Harcourts Kalamunda to be present on their behalf for the draw.
- If an entrant or a nominated proxy is not present at the draw, their entry will become null and void.
- Harcourts Kalamunda management reserves the right to replace the motor vehicle with any equivalent model, of equal value, should the displayed vehicle not be available at the time of the draw.
