HOW IT WORKS
An entry ticket will be rewarded for every $10 accumulative spend per trading day at any of the Clubs food or beverage outlets. Tickets are only valid for the 3 current weekly draws, and must be placed in the barrel in the promotions area for those corresponding weekly draws. Following the final draw for the week on the Friday evening, the barrel will be cleared and re-opened to collect tickets for the following week.
WEEKLY DRAWS
Weekly draws commence Monday 4th August, 2014 and will be conducted over 18 weeks, concluding on Friday 5th December, 2014. Three weekly draws will be conducted during this period:
Monday 7pm-8pm
Tuesday 2pm-3pm
Friday 8pm-9pm
6 winners will be drawn for each of the three weekly draws and will play one game on the Video Challenge machines. The winner who gains the most points will receive 2 entries into the major draw, and the other 5 competitors will receive 1 entry. Members must be present on Club premises at time of draw to win. (If a chosen Member does not feel physically fit enough to compete, they may elect another person to take their place.)
THREE MAJOR DRAW NIGHTS
Tuesday 23rd September 2014 7pm-8pm: Travel Vouchers (2 x $3,000 and 1 x $1,000) - Twelve extra entries available on the Major Draw Night.
Tuesday 28th October 7pm-8pm: Cash (1 x $5,000 and 5 x $1,000) - Twelve extra entries available on the Major Draw Night.
Tuesday 9th December 7pm-9pm: Cars (2 x Brand New 2015 Mazda 2) - Twenty-four extra entries available on the Major Draw Night.
Members who have won a ticket into the Major Draws can place their ticket into the barrel on the first Major Draw night. Major Draw entry tickets will stay in the barrel for the remaining two Major Draws. Members must be on Club premises at time of draw to win.

Rules of the promotion
An entry ticket will be rewarded for every $10 spend at any of the Clubs food or beverage outlets. This $10 amount is an accumulated spend so as to allow members to reach this across more than one transaction throughout the same trading day. Tickets are only valid for the 3 current weekly draws, and must be placed in the barrel in the promotions area for those corresponding weekly draws. Following the final draw for the week on the Friday evening, the barrel will be cleared and open again for collecting tickets for the next week.
Weekly Draws:
Weekly draws commence on Monday 4th August, 2014. Three weekly draws will be conducted at the above mentioned times. 6 winners will be drawn for each of the three weekly draws and will be given 4 minutes to make their way to the promotions area of the gaming lounge. Another winner will be drawn if they are not present when the given time frame lapses. If a chosen Member does not feel physically fit enough to compete, they may elect another person to take their place. These 6 winners will play one game on the Video Challenge machines together. The winner who gains the most points on the Video Challenge game will receive 2 entries into the major draw, and the other 5 competitors will receive 1 entry.
These 3 weekly draws will be conducted over 18 weeks, commencing Monday 4th August 2014 and concluding on Friday 5th December, 2014. This totalling 18 winners per week, and 324 winners over the 18 week draws. Winners must be present on the Club premises to win during weekly draws.
Major Draw Nights:
There will be three Major Draw nights. The details are as follows.
Tuesday 23rd September 2014: 7pm-8pm
Twelve extra entries available to enter the Major Draw Nights. These entries will be called from the barrel 6 at a time to play the Video Challenge Machines.
The winner will receive two entries into the Major Draw, and the other 5 competitors will receive one entry. Entries will be placed in the Major Draw Barrel and the 3 winners will be pulled out of the barrel to win the 3 travel vouchers stated above. All entries will remain in the barrel for the following two Major Draw nights.
Tuesday 28th October: 7pm-8pm
Twelve extra entries available to enter the Major Draw Nights. These entries will be called from the barrel 6 at a time to play the Video Challenge Machines. The winner will receive two entries into the Major Draw, and the other 5 competitors will receive one entry. These extra entries will be placed into the entry barrel. 6 winners will be called to win the stated cash amounts above. All entries will remain in the barrel for the following Major Draw night.
Tuesday 9th December: 7pm-9pm
Twenty-four extra entries available to enter the final Major Draw on this evening. There will be four games played on the Video Challenge machines (6 players each time) with the winners of each four challenges earning two (2) entries into the Major Draw, with the other twenty competitors earning 1 entry into the Major Draw.
All entries will be placed into the barrel and two separate winners will be drawn to win the two cars stated above.
Members can only win one Major Prize per Major Draw Night.
General Conditions:
1. To be eligible to earn tickets in “Cash, Cars and Superstars” you must be a financial Member of Hornsby RSL Club Limited.
2. To participate you must be in possession of a current Membership card.
3. All members entering into promotion will abide by the Club’s By-Laws.
4. To claim major prizes, members must produce their membership card as proof of current membership as well as another form of acceptable identification.
5. Each entry ticket for daily draws will have membership number and name of Member printed thereon with day of issue.
6. Any ticket will be declared void if mutilated, forged, copied, altered or tampered with in any way.
7. Members must be on Club premises to win. If any prize is not claimed within 4 minutes it will be re-drawn.
8. Directors, Management and Staff of Hornsby RSL Club Limited are ineligible to enter.
9. Printing errors and other quality control matter outside the control of the individual players will not be used as the sole reason for refusing payment of prizes.
10. Not valid with any other promotional offer. All disputes regarding “Cash, Cars and Superstars” Promotion must be in writing to:
