The following terms and conditions apply to the Win a Tangalooma Family Holiday competition to be held between 7 August 2014 and 22 September 2014.
1. Entrants are automatically entered into the competition upon purchasing a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) to any of the following Brisbane Festival shows:

2. There will be eleven (11) winners – one (1) major winner, and ten (10) minor winners.
3. The major prize includes:
Four (4) nights accommodation for a family (2 adults, 2 children) in a deluxe hotel room at Tangalooma Island Resort
Return launch transfers
Buffet breakfast daily
Dinner at Fire & Stone Restaurant (up to $200)
Wild dolphin feeding experience

4. There are ten (10) minor prizes:
Five (5) family passes (2 adults, 2 children) to a Dolphin Feeding Day Cruise, value of $290.00 each
Five (5) family passes (2 adults, 2 children) to a Whale Watching Day Cruise, value of $360.00 each
5. The total prize pool is valued at $6,675.00.

7. The major prize must be redeemed before 30 June 2015.
8. Dolphin Feeding Day Cruise must be redeemed before 30 June 2015. (Note: Dolphin feeding experience is depended on dolphin attendance, tides and weather conditions.)
9. Whale Watching Day Cruise must be redeemed before 26 October 2014. (Note: Whale Watching season is 22 June to 26 October 2014.)
10. Prizes are not available to be redeemed during high season, public holidays, weekends, school holidays or between 18 to 21 April 2015.
11. Enclosed shoes are required for the ATV Quad Bike Tour.
12. All prizes include free parking at Holt St Wharf.
13. Children are classified as 3 to 14 years inclusive.
14. Winners will be drawn randomly at 5pm on 22 September 2014.
15. Winners will be notified through email.
16. If the winners are not contactable within two (2) days Brisbane Festival will draw new winners.
17. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
18. Prizes are not transferable.
19. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers.
20. Each family ticket purchased gives the purchaser one entry into the prize draw.
21. Winner(s) agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial and/or promotional activities relating to the Competition. The winners agree to grant Brisbane Festival a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
22. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
23. The promoter's decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
