Competition Closes at Close of Store Trade on Sunday, the 7th of September, 2014.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY


1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.


2. Promotion commences 00:01 AEST Saturday, 2nd of August, 2014, and closes at Close of Store Trade on Sunday, 7th of September, 2014.


3. To enter, individuals must:
- Purchase any product from a participating nextra Group Outlet;
- Scan a registered Rewards Card at the point of purchase.


4. Limit one (1) entry per purchase at any participating nextra Group Outlet.


5. This is a game of chance, the draw of which will take place at The nextra Group Head Office, 17 Halford Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006 at 10:00am Monday, 8th of September, 2014. The twelve (12) winners will be randomly generated using an electronic drawing system.


6. The twelve (12) winners will be notified by telephone and mail using the contact details registered by the Cardholder, and will be published on the nextra Website (www.nextra.com.au/competition.html) on Friday, 12th of September, 2014.


7. If any prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10:00am Tuesday, 9th of December, 2014 at The nextra Group Head Office, 17 Halford Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006, and the winner/s will be announced and published on the nextra Website (www.nextra.com.au/competition.html) on Friday, 12th December, 2014.


8. There are twelve (12) prize packs available exclusively to nextra Group Rewards Card Members which consist of the following -
- 1 x Amicroe Dual Core Hi-Def TouchTAB IV 9.7" Tablet PC
- 1 x Amicroe TouchTAB IV 9.7" Screen Protector
- 1 x Amicroe 9.7" Hybrid Folio Tablet Cover
Total Prize Pack Value is $299.00 incl GST.


9. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from each of the following State entry pools:
- Australian Capital Territory & New South Wales
- Victoria & Tasmania
- South Australia & Western Australia
- Queensland & Northern Territory


10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.


11. The Promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related corporate bodies and each of their officers, agents, employees and the immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter. 'Immediate family' means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
