The prize draw is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over. The prize is comprised of Victoria and Albert bath and basin from Gro Agencies to the value of $5000 and designer taps from The English Tapware company to the value of $2500. Entry is by way of completing questionnaire on
www.wacustomhomes.com.au website.
Entry is open to participants who are intending on building a house or renovating. Entry to the competition close on December 1 2014.
Entry to prize draw is restricted to one per person. All duplicate entries will be discounted.
WA Custom Homes reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
WA Custom Homes reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the subscription process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Failure by WA Custom Homes to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The prize will be awarded on December 14, 2014, to the first name drawn by random method from all entries received by December 1, 2014 The winners will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the draw.
The judge’s decision will be final. WA Custom Homes will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of WA Custom Homes will be final and legally binding.
The winners consent to WA Custom Homes using the their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and the awarded product manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by WA Custom Homes.
By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and conditions.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of WA Custom Homes, WA Custom Homes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, WA Custom Homes (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the prize and promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under WA Custom Homes control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by WA Custom Homes) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of WA Custom Homes; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any prize.
