Entry into the Belconnen Fresh Food Markets Promotion Father’s Day Prize Pack (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions. 2. Promotion commences at 5:00 pm (AEST) on 13 August 2014 and entries close at 2:00 pm (AEDST) on 5 September 2014 (Promotion Period). 3.
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter and the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all of the Conditions. If the winner of the Major Prize is aged under 18 years at the date of taking the Major Prize, the winner must be accompanied by their parent or guardian on all elements of the Major Prize. How winners are notified 9. The winner of the Major Prize will be notified by email. The winner will also be announced on Belconnen Fresh Food Markets Facebook on Friday 5 September 2014. It is the winner’s responsibility to be available on 6-7 September 2014 to collect the Major Prize from the
Belconnen Fresh Food Markets. General Conditions 10. The Promoter's decision on the winner of the Major Prize is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with other entrants. 11. All entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. 12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. 13. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the inclusions listed above in the Major Prizes and these Conditions, subject to approval of any relevant authority.
