Conditions of Entry.

    Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the conditions of entry.
    Participation in this competition confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions of entry.
    Entry is only open to residents of Australia, aged 18 or over, who purchase a flight during August 2014 to Europe via Asia on Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines Airways, excluding all Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
    To enter, Purchase any Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines flight online at Bestjet.com for entry. Entry is not considered received or valid until payment is completed and your e-ticket has been issued and received. For the entry to be valid, the booking must include the name of the entrant, permanent address and phone number.
    Multiple entries will be accepted, one entry per each Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines flight booking only.
    Bestjet.com reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
    Entry into this Promotion is only valid during the advertised period.
    Promotion commences Monday 11th August 2014. Entries close 11:59pm, Sunday 31st August 2014. The draw will take place at 12 noon, Monday 05th September 2014, at the offices of Bestjet Travel Pty Ltd: 5/22 Constance Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD, 4006.
    One winner will win our Fly for Free August giveaway valued at up to $5000. The prizes are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Winner will be notified by phone, email and via our website.
    The Fly for Free August Giveaway prize is valid up to a maximum of two (2) people flying on Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines.
    Total prize pool value is up to $5000.
    Should the delay in delivery of the specified product be excessive; Bestjet.com reserves the right to change the model at an equivalent model subject to state legislations.
    Blackout dates apply, prize is not valid during school holidays and peak season.
    Bestjet.com may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as are necessary on 15th September 2014 in order to distribute any Prize Draw unclaimed by that date, subject to state regulations. Winner will be notified by e-mail and will be announced on Bestjet.com Facebook and Twitter pages.
