The Harbour Seafood Market is renowned for having the freshest whole fish, which is processed onsite into fillets daily. There is also an abundance of fresh cooked and green prawns, crabs, bugs, oysters, live mussels all of which can be chosen by the customer, straight off the ice. New Zealand fish flown in weekly.
Live, unopened oysters are delivered to the business from the pristine waters of South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland, which are stored in the only live oyster tank on the Gold Coast. Daily, hundreds of oysters are freshly shucked and displayed by one of the Gold Coasts fussiest oyster openers.
