Entry Restrictions
Entrants and their companions must be at least 18 years of age, or older. If entrant is aged under 21 years of age, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years of age or over while taking the Major Prize. Entrants must be able to take the Major Prize before Friday 27 March 2015. Entrants who are unable to take the Major Prize before Friday 27 March 2015 may forfeit the Major Prize.
Entrants must be able to receive a call from the representatives of the Promoter (via telephone) between 4.00pm and 6.00pm (AEST) on Friday 12 September 2014 and between 4.00pm and 6.00pm (AEST) on Friday 19 September 2014.
Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate an entrant’s entry and select another entrant to be deemed the winner in the event that the Entrant or their nominated companion is not a holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
Major Prize winners are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the Major Prize. In the event that the winner or their nominated companion is unable to obtain appropriate visas, then the Promoter takes no responsibility for the winner’s inability to take the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner and their companion must register online for ESTA immigration at
https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. A registration fee of fourteen US dollars each is required and must be paid by the Major Prize winner & their companion on credit or debit card.
Each Major Prize winner should consult their doctor and the Department of Foreign Affairs (
www.smarttraveller.com.au) for any warnings and/or official government travel information.
The Promoter may require entrant/s and their nominated companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their nominated companion be are unable to satisfy this requirement the entrant may forfeit the Major Prize (if applicable).

If requested by the Promoter, entrants and their proposed companion must sign an indemnity in order to be eligible to win/or participate in the Major Prize.
Entrants must provide a nominated valid bank account, as requested by the Promoter, so that the Promoter can transfer the Spending Money component of the Major Prize in the event that an entrant is a winner (if applicable).
Competition Period
The competition begins at 6.00am (AEST) on Monday 8 September, 2014.
Entries into the competition close at 3.00pm (AEST) on Friday 19 September, 2014.
For the purposes of conducting this competition and awarding prizes, the Competition Period will be divided into the following stages (each, a Competition Stage):
Competition Stage One: 6.00am (AEST) on Monday 8 September, 2014 to 3:00pm (AEST) on Friday 12 September 2014; and
Competition Stage Two: 3:01pm (AEST) on Friday 12 September 2014 to 3.00pm (AEST) on Friday 19 September, 2014.

At various times during the Competition Period:
(a) entrants will be invited to call 13 59 50 when they hear the nominated song (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion);
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 59 50, up to five (5) entrants will be randomly selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (each, a Selected Entrant) and will be invited to chat on-air;
(c) if a Selected Entrant participates in an on-air segment, they will be deemed a Finalist, will be awarded a Minor Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), and will be placed into either Draw One or Draw Two (as applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, Finalists who participate in an on-air segment during Competition Stage One will be placed into Draw One. Finalists who participate in an on-air segment during Competition Stage Two will be placed into Draw Two.
Each Major Prize winner will be selected in accordance with the draw details below.
Maximum Number of Entries
One (1) entry per Competition Stage during the Competition Period. For the avoidance of doubt, each entrant may only win one (1) Minor Prize during each Competition Stage, and may only win one (1) Major Prize in the competition overall.

Prize Details
There are up to sixty (60) minor prizes to be won, as follows:
Minor prize: one (1) Barbra Streisand ‘Partners’ CD, valued at up to $30 (inc GST) (each, a Minor Prize).
There are two (2) major prizes to be won.
The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received in Draw One and the first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received in Draw Two will each win one (1) travel prize for the winner and one (1) companion (companions must be at least 18 years of age, and if the Major Prize winner is aged under 21 years of age, their companion must be a parent or guardian 21 years of age or over) to New York, USA for five (5) nights total during the period 19 September 2014 to 27 March 2015 (inclusive), valued at up to $9,700 (including GST) each (each, a Major Prize). Each Major Prize includes:
- two (2) x return economy flights to New York, USA from the Australian capital city closest to the winner’s ordinary residential address, including all relevant airline taxes and charges, valued at up to $5,000 (inc GST);
- return airport transfers to accommodation in New York, valued at up to $200 (inc GST);
- five (5) x nights twin share accommodation at a minimum five star hotel in New York, valued at up to $2,500 (inc GST) (hotel to be determined in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
- two (2) x general admission tickets to a Broadway Show in New York, valued at up to $500 (inc GST) (Broadway Show to be determined in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
- two (2) x tickets on a New York tour, valued at up to $500 (inc GST);
- drinks and dinner for two in New York, valued at up to $500 (inc GST); and
- AUD$500 spending money, to be transferred to the winner’s bank account via electronic funds transfer (Spending Money),
valued at up to $9,700 (inc GST).
Terms & Conditions of travel:
Travel must be completed in full before Friday 27 March, 2015.
No portion of the Major Prize is redeemable for cash, or to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Major Prize is not refundable or transferable.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on blackout periods, select seat class with airlines and/or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
Major Prize is subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines and Major Prize providers.
It is the Major Prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the

airport departure/return point. Major Prize winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed
Dates, venues and schedules are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any date, venue or schedule changes.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any changes to the events and/or event cancellations. In the event that one or more event is no longer available, the remainder of the Major Prize shall constitute the complete and total prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated companion.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner as a result of taking the Major Prize. The Promoter recommends winners have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the countries of travel.
The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade issues travel warnings and updates for travellers. The Promoter recommends that winners consult
www.smarttraveller.com.au for advice and information prior to undertaking travel.
Each Major Prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date of the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.

Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified:
- via mail (email);
- via telephone;
- on air at the time of winning; and
- on the Station Website,

Prize Delivery
The Minor Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail.
Each Major Prize will be provided to each Major Prize winner by the prize providers, Free 2 Travel, 115/40 Yeo St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 and smoothfm 95.3, Lvl 3, 33 Saunders St, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
The Spending Money component of the Major Prize will be transferred to the Major Prize winner’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer.
